Exercise weight and set of exercise weights
A pair of handle members are attached to opposite sides of a weight member that is convexly rounded over most of its surface. Each of the handle members has at least three handholds with different spatial relationships. The handle members each have an outer section with a core of solid material spaced from the weight member. The handle members have a plurality of connecting sections with at least four of them connected to the weight member. Opposite ends of the outer section are separately supported by a corresponding pair of the connecting sections. The weight member has clearance to allow passage of an exerciser's body part through a common transverse plane that engages the handles, if the passage is outside a region between the pair of handles. These weights can be assembled in different sizes. The weights of this set each have one or more flat sections arranged to allow vertical stacking.
Two-Handed Crank-Action Exercise Device and Method
A two-handed crank action exercise device includes a crank mechanism that is supported at a spaced elevation above ground level, and features a crank arm radiating outwardly away from a rotational axis and a hand grip carried on the crank arm at a radial distance from the rotational axis for manual grasping by a user to drive rotation of the crank arm. An adjustable resistance mechanism is coupled to the crank mechanism to provide an adjustable amount of resistance to said crank mechanism. The hand grip is of sufficient length to enable simultaneous manual grasping thereof by both hands of said user for two-handed operation of said crank mechanism.
STATIONARY BICYCLE APPARATUS AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
A stationary bicycle includes a lever arm that is pivotable about a pivot axis. A biasing device rotatably biases the lever arm about the pivot axis. The lever arm is swept through a horizontal plane when rotated about the pivot axis. A user rotates the lever arm against the bias while pedaling to preload the body for a desired therapeutic effect.
Apparatus, System, and Method for Training Baseball Ground Ball Fielding and Throwing Mechanics
The application is directed to an apparatus for developing the act of fielding ground balls in the game of baseball. The application is also directed to an apparatus for developing the act of throwing a baseball following fielding of a ground ball. The apparatus is operationally configured to locate the glove hand and/or feet of a user of the apparatus in one or more fielding positions and the feet in one or more throwing positions. The apparatus may be used to train individual infielders and outfielders for fielding ground balls and throwing a baseball according to their respective player positions and/or according to various game scenarios or game situations.
Exercise Apparatus with Divergent/Convergent Motion Along the Symmetric Semi Elliptical Rout
An exercise apparatus with divergent/convergent motion along the symmetric semi elliptical route includes a base frame for supporting all the components of the apparatus, two handlebars move along the symmetric semi elliptical route, two feet pedals move along the symmetric semi elliptical route in harmony with the handlebars, Two link mechanisms to create symmetrical semi elliptical route to support handlebars and feet pedals, power transmission system to connect link mechanisms and synchronize their motion. This apparatus enables user to move hands forward/backward in the same direction so that hands have a lateral divergent motion at the start of the route and lateral convergent motion at the end of the route. By moving hands along the symmetric semi elliptical route a symmetrical variable pressure will be applied on the different muscles. Feet move along the symmetric semi elliptical route in full harmony with hands so that hands move backward/forward in the opposite direction of feet.
MAGNETIC CONTROL WATER RESISTANCE ROWING MACHINE
A magnetic control water resistance rowing machine has a main rack, a ribbon, a ribbon recycling plate set, an aluminum wheel water resistance device set, a magnetic plate set and a seat cushion. The ribbon is connected with a ribbon recycling plate. The ribbon recycling plate set is mounted on the main rack by a torsion spring to recycle the ribbon when the ribbon is loosened; the aluminum wheel water resistance device set is mounted on the main rack and the aluminum wheel water resistance device set cooperates with the ribbon recycling plate set. The ribbon recycling plate set is connected to the aluminum wheel water resistance set drive; the magnetic plate is mounted on the main rack. The magnetic plate cooperates with the aluminum wheel water resistance. The main rack has a slide rail engagement and the seat cushion is slidably engaged with the slide rail engagement.
LIQUID-RESISTANCE FITNESS MACHINE
A liquid-resistance fitness machine has a frame body, a liquid-resistance device mounted to the frame body, and a driving device. The liquid-resistance device has a liquid tank, a shaft, and a paddle wheel set. The paddle wheel set has a hub fixed to the shaft and multiple blades. The driving device is connected to the shaft and is configured to drive the shaft to spin clockwise and counterclockwise relative to the liquid tank. A shape of each of the blades when the shaft is spinning clockwise and a shape of the blade when the shaft is spinning counterclockwise are asymmetrical to a normal line between the blade and the hub. Therefore, the liquid-resistance device can provide two different liquid resistances without changing the volume of the liquids.
Exercise machine with adjustable platforms
An exercise machine with adjustable platforms for adjusting the angular orientation of one or more end platforms and/or carriage platform to allow for a wide range of exercise moves. The exercise machine includes a rail to which a carriage is movably connected and a first end platform connected to an end of the rail. The carriage includes a platform which may be adjusted between a level position in which the platform is laid flat and a raised position in which the platform is at an angular incline. The first end platform may similarly and independently be adjustable between the level position in which the first end platform is laid flat and a raised position in which the first end platform is at an angular incline. In some embodiments, the exercise machine may include a second end platform which is similarly adjustable between a level position and a raised position.
TWO-IN-ONE TRAINING DEVICE
The present disclosure illustrates a two-in-one training device including a support structure, a resistance output module, a cable rolling device, a rear pulley, a cable, a handle assembly and an operating module. The support structure includes a front support member, a connection frame and a rear support member. The resistance output module is disposed on an end of the support structure. The resistance output module includes a resistance device, a controlling device and an encoder. The controlling device receives a detection signal and setting signal and transmits a control signal. The encoder detects an operational state of the resistance device and output a detection signal. The cable rolling device is connected to the torque enhancing device. The cable has an end wound on the cable rolling device, and other end connected with the handle assembly. The operating module is electrically connected to the resistance output module.
