Straps extend from the ends of the frame for tightening the machine over the abdomen. The frame includes an upper rail, a middle rail, and a lower rail, the upper rail and middle rail form an upper track and the middle rail and lower rail form a lower track. An upper set of rollers are mounted in the upper track and an upper handle is coupled to the upper set of rollers. A lower set of rollers are mounted to the lower track and a lower handle is coupled to the lower set of rollers. The upper handle and the lower handle are grasped to pull and push the upper set of rollers and the lower set of rollers to roll back-and-forth in the upper track and the lower track respectively.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FITNESS CHAIR
A multifunctional fitness chair includes an underframe, an armrest frame, an upper backrest frame, and a lower backrest frame. The underframe comprises left and right underframes, and underframe fixed shaft, and the armrest frame comprises left and right armrest frames and armrest fixed shaft, the left and right underframes are hinged on the left and right armrest frames, and the extension parts of the left and right armrest frames are correspondingly provided with left and right limiting plates which restrict the upward rotation of the left and right underframes. The upper backrest frame is fixed with an upper backrest shaft bushing, and at least two sets of symmetrically distributed upper backrests are arranged on the upper backrest frame. The lower backrest frame is fixed with a lower backrest shaft bushing, and at least two sets of symmetrically distributed lower backrests are arranged on the lower backrest frame.
Multi-User Mobile Band Station
A multi-user mobile band station is configured of a central support stand with multiple attachment bars and a base with multiple horizontal receivers. At least one exercise band can be attached or detached along the length of the attachment bar located at the central support stand allowing the user to adjust the height of the exercise band. In addition, each attachment bar may be position around the perimeter of the central support stand allowing multiple users to exercise at the same time without conflicting each other.
EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine for reducing abdominal fat as well as exercising the arms and shoulders. The exercise machine includes a frame that can be of a curved shape to conform to the curves of the abdomen. Straps extend from the ends of the frame for tightening the exercise machine over the abdomen. The frame includes an upper rail, a middle rail, and a lower rail, wherein the three rails run horizontally and parallel to each other along the length of the frame. The upper rail and the middle rail form an upper track and the middle rail and the lower rail forms a lower track. An upper set of rollers are mounted in the upper track and an upper handle is coupled to the upper set of rollers. Similarly, a lower set of rollers can be mounted to the lower track and a lower handle is coupled to the lower set of rollers. The upper handle and the lower handle can be grasped to pull and push the upper set of rollers and the lower set of rollers to roll back-and-forth in the upper track and the lower track respectively.
AB EXERCISE DEVICE
An ab exercise device including a first tube member, a second tube member movable with respect to the first tube member, an elastic member resisting the downward movement of the second tube member and moving upward the second tube member with respect to the first tube member, a first and a second side part for supporting the device respectively against a first and a second surface, the first and the second side part being arranged respectively to a first and a second side of the first tube member in the upper end of the first tube member, and a top part for pressing down the second tube member, the top part being attached to the second tube member.
Seated exercise device
A seated exercise unit includes a base raised from a floor and supported thereby. The base extends between a first end and an opposed second end. A resistance-generating assembly includes a stationary band anchor attached to the base. The resistance-generating assembly includes a displaceable seat member removably mounted to the base and displaceable therealong between the first and second ends of the base. The seat member has a displaceable band anchor spaced apart from the stationary band anchor and displaceable with the seat member relative to the stationary band anchor. At least one resilient band is mountable to the stationary and displaceable band anchors and extends therebetween. The at least one resilient band generates resistance upon being elastically deformed by displacement of the displaceable band anchor relative to the stationary band anchor.
Item of footwear
An item of footwear for increasing leg-muscle and/or lower-abdominal-/back-muscle tone comprising: a securing means for securing the item of footwear to a foot of a user; and a sole comprising at least an upper layer, for engaging a foot of a user in use or a further upper layer, and a lower layer, for engaging the ground in use, wherein the upper layer comprises two or more materials of different compressive resistances, or densities, arranged as a frontal/toe region, an arch region and a heel region, the sole is arranged such that application of a user's weight, during use, causes instability in at least one portion of the upper layer, which requires balance correction by a user.
FITNESS TRAINING APPARATUS
A fitness training apparatus is described that can include at least one pole, at least one set of one or more adjustable members, and at least one elastic member. The at least one pole can be configured to extend from at least one vicinity of at least one shoulder of a user to another at least one vicinity of a waist of the user. The at least one set of one or more adjustable members can be adjustably coupled to the at least one pole. The at least one elastic member can be configured to be adjustably coupled to the at least one set of one or more adjustable members. Related methods, techniques, articles, systems, and apparatuses are also described.
Exercise device
