Crematory Vacuum Cleaner
20240183528 · 2024-06-06 ·

A vacuum cleaner for use in cleaning very hot crematory ovens has a suction head mounted on side wheels, and connected to a central fitting which receives compressed air through a stiff metal air supply pipe. An expansion pipe extends upwardly from the central fitting and is tipped frontwardly. The compressed air passes through the central fitting which incorporates a vacuum eductor which draws air flow in from the vacuum head. The hot air discharges through a filter cap at the upper end of the expansion pipe which retains a filter assembly of multiple screens against the upper end of the expansion pipe. Dust and small particles pass through the filter assembly to be carried away by hot air up the crematory chimney. Larger particles are retained by the filter assembly, and may be discharged downwardly from the vacuum head into a receptacle when the input compressed air is discontinued.

There is provided a wood pellet burner assembly for a wood pellet boiler, not shown. There is a fixed and easily removable fuel apertured grate mounted above and spaced apart from a base wall forming part of a main support enclosure. A movable scraper subassembly carrying an apertured flame tube is provided which can be moved in and out of the main support enclosure to perform a scraping action on the fixed fuel apertured grate to deliver ash and clinker which have not fallen through the grate during combustion off the grate out of the main support enclosure. This cleaning operation can be carried out at suitable preset time intervals.

Wood pellet boiler

The present application relates to improvements to granular fuel burning boilers such as wood pellet boilers and burners therefor. In particular, there is disclosed a wood pellet boiler having a combustion chamber, wherein an access door for said combustion chamber comprises a wood pellet burner assembly mounted on the interior side thereof. In this way, the wood pellet burner assembly is movable from and into the combustion chamber of the wood pellet boiler when the access door is opened and closed, respectively.

Air-cooled combustion furnace system

Provided is an air cooled combustion furnace system to effectively operate a combustion furnace for generation of heat energy via combustion of a solid fuel so as to optimize thermal efficiency. The combustion furnace system includes a combustion body structure provided with a hopper and having a combustion space for production of heat energy via combustion of a solid fuel, a cooling device integrally formed in multiple layers with the combustion body structure to cool the combustion body structure via distribution of air, a negative pressure induction device to create a negative pressure within the combustion body structure by suctioning air, a fuel supply device, a grate device constructed by coupling a plurality of grate segments to one another and serving to support the solid fuel being combusted, and a clinker removal device to remove clinkers generated during combustion of the solid fuel from the grate device.

PORTABLE BONFIRE APPARATUS

A portable bonfire apparatus disclosed here includes a grate frame, an ash collector tray, and a set of elongate rods. The grate frame is supported by one or more leg member assemblies, where the grate frame receives and burns firewood at an elevated height via each leg member assembly. The ash collector tray is positioned below the grate frame to collect ash from the burned firewood, and the elongate rods obliquely extend outwardly from opposing sides of the grate frame to receive and position additional firewood. The additional firewood slides towards the grate frame by gravity when the firewood received on the grate frame burns to ash and collects in the ash collector tray.
