A gas oven configured to use a single cooking cavity being divided into a plurality of individual cooking cavities by mounting a divider at the cooking space. The gas oven includes a forced air supplying device capable of forcedly supplying air to the individual cooking space at an upper portion of the cooking space, and a natural air discharging device capable of naturally discharging waste air of the individual cooking space at a lower portion of the cooking space, when each individual cooking space is shut off by the divider.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADJUSTING OVEN COOKING ZONES

A bidirectional flow system for a cooking oven in accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure includes an oven chamber having a first cooking zone in fluid communication with a second cooking zone, the oven chamber having at least a floor, a ceiling, and a mezzanine for dividing the first and second cooking zones; a gas circulation system for supplying gaseous cooking medium initially to either of the first or second cooking zone; and a return assembly for receiving returned gaseous cooking medium, wherein the return assembly includes a plurality of louvers movable between a first position and second position to receive returned gaseous cooking medium from the other of the first or second cooking zone. Systems and methods for adjusting cooking zones in an oven are also provided.

The present application discloses a combustion device and a cooking apparatus. The combustion device includes a combustion assembly, the combustion assembly includes a first combustion assembly, and the first combustion assembly includes a box, a first combustor, a top plate and a fire splitting assembly. The box is provided with an opening and a set of intake holes; the first combustor is arranged in the box; the top plate is matched with the box and closes the opening, and is provided with a set of exhaust holes; and the fire splitting assembly is arranged in the box; an intake passage is formed between the fire splitting assembly and an inner bottom surface of the box, one end of the intake passage communicates with the set of intake holes.

Food cooking stove

A food cooking stove, comprising a burner, a stovetop and a casing divided by a partition into a liquid transfer medium compartment and a combustion product compartment arranged under the stovetop and above the heat transfer medium compartment. The casing has provided in it a duct extending inside the heat transfer medium compartment through a partition between the compartments and the heat transfer medium compartment outer wall. The burner is coupled to a pipe arranged in the duct with a clearance to the duct walls and extending into the combustion product compartment. Combustion products are withdrawn from the compartment under the stovetop via a pipe extending inside the heat transfer medium compartment and tapped into the partition between the compartments and the wall of the heat transfer medium compartment.
