Heating cooker
Cooking is performed to serve tasty food by appropriately managing moisture of an object to be cooked without burning the surface thereof. A box-shaped housing, a cooking cavity for accommodating an object to be cooked, the cooking cavity being arranged within the housing, an upper-face heater and a lower-face heater arranged in the cooking cavity, a boiler arranged within the cooking cavity, a water tray formed outside the cooking cavity and into which a given amount of water that is entirely evaporated in a given steaming time is poured, a water guide passage within the housing, the water guide passage into which water is supplied from the water tray to the boiler; and a control unit for causing an operation to generate steam from the boiler to be performed for at least a steaming time from when cooking starts are provided.

A cooking appliance includes a main body that defines a cooking chamber configured to receive one or more objects, a steam generator configured to generate steam to heat the one or more objects in the cooking chamber by steam, a water tank configured to store water and to supply water to the steam generator, a water supply pump configured to cause supply of water from the water tank to the steam generator, a first water supply pipe connected to the water tank, a second water supply pipe connected to the steam generator, a connector connected to the first water supply pipe and to the second water supply pipe, and a branch pipe connected to the connector. The water tank is located vertically higher than the steam generator, and the connector and the branch pipe are located vertically higher than the water tank.
Cooker and steam generator
A cooker includes a steam generator that supplies steam into a cooking chamber of the cooker. The steam generator includes a heating chamber having a heating space; a steam discharge port through which steam in the heating space is discharged; a residual water discharge port through which steam water in the heating space is discharged; a heater that heats the heating space; and a residual water discharge pipe connected with the residual water discharge port and that selectively discharges steam water from the heating space to an outside. A first end of the residual water discharge pipe is connected with the residual water discharge port, a second end of the residual water discharge pipe is arranged lower than the residual water discharge port, and a portion of the residual water discharge pipe between the first and second ends is arranged higher than the residual water discharge port.

Household appliance (1) for cooking and/or baking food stuffs or bakery ware (2) comprising a heatable cavity (3) for placing the food stuffs or bakery ware (2), an access door (4) for accessing the cavity (3), a compartment (5) located exterior of said cavity (3), said compartment being in fluid communication with said cavity (3) by at least one duct (6), a control unit (10), at least one first sensor (8) located in the compartment (5) and being connected to the control unit (10), and wherein the at least one first sensor (8) is capable of measuring a first input value in said compartment (5), and at least one second sensor (9) capable of measuring a second input value, wherein said second input value is a temperature value wherein said control unit comprises a matrix of humidity index values, said matrix being deposited in said control unit (10), and wherein said control unit (10) is capable of correlating said input value of said at least one first sensor (8) to a humidity index value from said matrix.
Heating cooker
Provided is a heating cooker that can efficiently apply steam to the entire food and can also cook the food quickly. A heating cooker (1A) includes a toasting grill (16) provided within a cooking chamber (10) and a lower heater (17b) provided at a lower section within the cooking chamber (10). Steam is blown between the toasting grill (16) and the lower heater (17b) from a steam outlet (25) provided in at least one sidewall of the cooking chamber (10).
STEAM COOKING APPLIANCE
A steam cooking appliance includes a cooking chamber, an evaporator unit configured to evaporate water to generate steam for supply into the cooking chamber, and a water supply unit including a removable water tank. The water tank includes a valve unit for coupling to the evaporator, with the valve unit including two valves formed separately from one another.

The invention relates to an oven comprising an oven cavity (10) with a closable opening (12) for receiving food to be cooked or baked, an evaporation cavity (26) in a bottom wall (24) of the oven cavity (10) and an evaporation heating element (28) being arranged for heating the evaporation cavity (26). According to the invention the evaporation cavity (26) is formed as an embossment in the bottom wall (24) of the oven cavity (10) and the heating power of the evaporation heating element (28) is adapted to evaporate a volume of water to be evaporated that corresponds to the volume of such an embossment.
ELECTRICAL COOKING APPLIANCE WITH AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF COOKING CHAMBER
An electrical cooking appliance with automatic cleaning of a cooking chamber is provided. The appliance may include a steam supply device configured to generate steam and supply the steam to the cooking chamber; a water supply pump that supplies water from a water tank to the steam supply device; a water discharge pump that collects condensed water from the steam supply device into the water tank; and a controller configured to activate the water supply pump to supply water to the cooking chamber to clean the cooking chamber; and activate the steam supply device to supply steam to the cooking chamber to clean the cooking chamber.
STEAM COOKING DEVICE
A steam cooking appliance includes a cooking chamber, a water supply unit including a removable water tank having a filling opening, and an evaporator unit connectable to the water supply unit. The water tank includes in an installed position a front side facing a user, a rear side opposite the front side, and a closure element for closing the filling opening. The closure element is configured to form at least in part the front side or the rear side of the water tank. The evaporator unit is configured to evaporate water from the water supply unit to generate steam for supply into the cooking chamber.
Combustion device
A combustion device includes at least one burner, a supporting assembly, and an infrared ray generation assembly. The at least one burner includes a flame outlet and is adapted to burn gas. The supporting assembly includes a cover plate which has an opening and a plurality of holes, wherein the opening is corresponding to the flame outlet. The infrared ray generation assembly is disposed on the supporting assembly. The infrared ray generation assembly includes an infrared ray generation mesh which includes an emission surface which is adapted to emit infrared ray and corresponding to the plurality of holes. The heating efficiency of the combustion device can be effectively increased by generating an open fire and infrared rays as well as uniform heating.
