The oven comprises: a main body having an open cavity; a door for opening and closing the oven cavity; a handle disposed on the upper portion of the front surface of the door; an air blower fan disposed on the top of the oven cavity so as to blow air suctioned from the outside of the main body; the discharge passage configured to discharge the air suctioned by the air blower fan to the outside of the main body; and the air guide disposed on one end of the discharge passage so as to divide the flow of air discharged through the discharge passage into an upper portion and a lower portion.

A temperature adjustment apparatus for a high temperature oven, comprising: an oven comprising an oven cavity, at least one intake manifold, at least one exhaust manifold, an inner casing cover, at least one heating element, and a chamber door; wherein a processing chamber is formed inside the oven cavity; the inner casing cover is disposed around an inner wall of the oven cavity; the inner casing cover is heated by at least one of the heating elements, and the processing chamber is heated by the inner casing cover in the form of thermal radiation; and a gas reprocessing device comprising a gas recovery device, wherein a gas in the processing chamber is sucked into the gas reprocessing device by using the gas recovery device, and the sucked gas can be directly discharged from the gas reprocessing device or reprocessed and flows back to the processing chamber.

Cooking device

A cooking device includes a cooking chamber wall delimiting at least partially a cooking chamber for receiving food to be cooked. A fan generates a cooling air flow for cooling an outer side of the cooking chamber wall such as to produce an intake region, in which there is a negative pressure in relation to a surrounding area, and a blow-out region, in which there is an excess pressure in relation to the surrounding area. A short-circuit device generates a short-circuit air flow between the blow-out region and the intake region, thereby generating a pressure-neutral region. The cooking chamber wall has a vapor outlet in communication with the cooking chamber for discharging vapor from the cooking chamber into the pressure-neutral region.

A cooling system for a built-in induction hob with an improved cooling efficiency, and a cooling method thereof. The cooling system comprises an air blower for generating an airflow according to a first direction, a heat-sink device through which air blown by the air blower is conveyed. The cooling system further comprises airflow deflecting means for deflecting said airflow from said first direction to a second direction which significantly deviates from said first direction.

A ventilation system for an oven is provided. The system includes a rear duct assembly. The rear duct assembly includes vertical walls defining a vertical air flow path along a rear of the oven, and a separator plate dividing the vertical air flow path into a first air flow configured to receive air from oven electronics and a second air flow configured to receive air from an oven cavity. The separator plate extends vertically downward between the vertical walls from the top of the vertical air flow path a portion of the height of the oven until a mixing zone at the rear of the oven into which the first and second air flows combine into a combined air flow.
