KITCHEN-CONNECTED INDOOR STATIONARY SOLAR COOKING DEVICE
A modular kitchen-connected indoor stationary solar cooking device (102) is disclosed. The solar cooking device (102) includes a housing (202), a thermal battery (204) disposed in the housing (202) and adapted to store thermal energy, and a first heater (206) disposed to be in contact with the thermal battery (204). The first heater (206) is coupled to a solar array (104) and adapted to receive solar energy for charging the thermal battery (204). The solar cooking device (102) includes a second heater (208) disposed to be in contact with the thermal battery (204). The second heater (208) is coupled to a mains supply and adapted to receive electrical supply for charging the thermal battery (204). The solar cooking device (102) includes a heat control assembly (210) disposed on a cooktop (802) and adapted to accommodate a cooking vessel. The heat control assembly (210) is adapted to rotate for controlling a heat supply for cooking in the cooking vessel.
DYNAMIC FLEX COOKTOP GRATE
A collapsible grate for a cooktop is provided. The collapsible grate includes a plurality of support members supported at either end at spaced locations along flexible edge strips. In preferred embodiments, each edge strip includes a plurality of sockets to receive the respective ends of the support members. The flexible edge strips allow the grate to be rolled up and folded over on itself for ease of removal and cleaning the underlying cooktop surface.
INDUCTION COOKTOP AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION
An induction cooktop includes: a cover plate with at least one cooking point; a holding plate; at least one inductive heating coil arranged between the cover plate and the holding plate; at least one electronics housing fastened to a side of the holding plate facing away from the at least one inductive heating coil and having electronics for the at least one inductive heating coil; and a lower box closing off the induction cooktop at a bottom of the induction cooktop, the lower box being open at a top thereof. The at least one electronics housing is arranged in the lower box. The holding plate covers the lower box at the top. The retaining plate is connected in a force-transmitting manner to the lower box in an assembly state of the induction cooktop.
Illuminated Knob Assembly For an Appliance
A knob assembly includes a light guide and a control knob that is independently rotatable relative to the light guide. The light guide is positioned at an aperture formed on a surface such that the light guide receives light emitted by a light source positioned below the surface along a vertical direction. The light guide also defines a guide opening, and further includes an opaque and translucent region. The control knob defines a light opening and is rotatably coupled to a stem extending through the guide opening. The control knob is rotatable between a first and second position. In the first position, the light opening is positioned entirely over the opaque region of the light guide along the vertical direction. In the second position, the light opening is positioned entirely over the translucent region of the light guide along the vertical direction. A related cooktop appliance is provided.
Induction heating device having improved cooling structure
An induction heating device includes a casing; a first induction heating module in the casing; a first heat sink located below the first induction heating module; a first heat pipe that passes through the first heat sink, that extends outward from the first induction heating module, and that is configured to discharge heat from the first heat sink out of the first induction heating module; an air-discharge fan located at an inner side of the casing and configured to discharge air from inside of the casing to outside of the casing; and a cooling fan located at the inner side of the casing and configured to blow air to the air-discharge fan. The first heat pipe has an end that protrudes from the first induction heating module and that is located at an air-flow path defined between the cooling fan and the air-discharge fan.
COOKING HOB FRAME
A frame is provided for supporting a hob plate of a hob. The frame includes a frame body and at least one mounting tongue depending from the frame body and extending from an underside thereof for connecting the frame to a chassis of a cooking appliance.
COOKING HOB FRAME
A frame is provided for supporting a hob plate of a hob. The frame includes a frame body and at least one mounting tongue depending from the frame body and extending from an underside thereof for connecting the frame to a chassis of a cooking appliance.
COOKTOP WITH HINGED GRATES
A cooking appliance includes a cooktop and a burner mounted on the cooktop. At least one coupling member is coupled to the cooktop. A grate, a griddle, or a reversible griddle is selectively coupled to the at least one coupling member and is operable between a raised position and a lowered position when the grate, the griddle, or the reversible griddle, is engaged with the coupling member.
