A portable heater shield assembly for directing heat laterally away from a heat source includes a plurality of panels that removably engaging each other to form a disk. Each of the panels is comprised of a heat resistant material. A plurality of brackets is each removably coupled to a heat source having the brackets being vertically oriented. The disk is positionable on top of the brackets when the brackets are removably coupled to the heat source having the disk spaced upwardly from the heat source. In this way the disk directs heat laterally away from the heat source for warming users sitting around the heat source.

Electric oven

The present invention relates to an electric oven. The electric oven according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity which is provided with an oven chamber, a door for opening and closing alternatively the oven chamber, a carbon heater for providing radiant energy to the inside of a cooking room through the communication opening, a reflector for reflecting the radiant energy from the carbon heater to the inside of the cooking room, and a grate which is fixed to the reflector and is disposed on the communication opening and is provided with a forming section a part of which is formed toward the reflector. Therefore, the grate can be prevented from being damaged according to the electric oven of the present invention.

Several embodiments include a cooking appliance/instrument (e.g., oven). The cooking appliance/instrument can include a cooking chamber, a support tray adapted to hold food in the cooking chamber; and a heating system comprised of at least a heating element. The heating system is adapted to emit waves according to a particular configuration such that the emitted waves is substantially transparent or substantially opaque to the support tray and thus enabling the cooking instrument to select what to heat.

Burner and cooking apparatus therewith

An over or grill burner includes a hollow body with a supplying port receiving a gaseous fuel mixture and outlet holes emitting the gaseous fuel mixture, and a conveying duct conveying the gaseous fuel mixture toward the hollow body, which has a delivering port and a supplying/mixing port with a first aperture for a fuel gas and a second aperture for a gaseous combusting product, and a reflector conveying a flame produced by combustion of the fuel mixture from the outlet holes. The supplying port of the hollow body and the delivering port of the conveying duct have a substantially circular cross-section and are connected to each other in a freely rotatable manner.

The present apparatus is a heat focusing reflector that can either be built in by the manufacturer of the heater or an add-on attachment that can be installed by an end user to allow these types of heaters to project more heat to further distances. The heat focusing reflector will block heat from traveling all around these types of heater and will instead focus and/or reflect all of the heat to travel toward one side of the heater. By redirecting heat from these heaters and focusing the heat to travel longer distances away from the heater, these heaters can become more efficient and functional as an outdoor space heater.
