A hot water returning system according to the present disclosure includes a hot water generator that generates hot water, a hot water line that supplies the hot water to a source of demand, a water returning line that returns the hot water to the hot water generator for preheating the hot water in the hot water line, a pump which pumps the hot water for returning of the hot water, and a processor electrically connected to the pump, and the processor is configured to determine a need for preheating corresponding to whether it is necessary to preheat the hot water and a status for use of hot water corresponding to whether the hot water is supplied to a source of demand, and control the pump based on the need for preheating and the status for use of hot water.

An aspect of some embodiments of the current invention relates to an integrated system for heat distribution among a plurality of users. In some embodiments, the system includes a separate automatic control of heat distribution to each user and/or separate billing to each user. For example, a system may supply hot fluid to a plurality of apartments in a building and/or in multiple buildings. Optionally, each apartment has separate remote controlled valves controlling flow of heated fluid to the apartment and/or a sensor sensing how much heat enters and leaves the apartment in the hot fluid. In some embodiments, a processor controls the valve and/or receives data from sensors. The processor optionally controls devices that generate and/or store and/or dissipate heat. Optionally the processor predicts energy availability, costs and needs controls valves and/or devices to provide for predicted and/or unexpected needs while reduce cost of the energy.

EXPANSION TANK SERVICE VALVE ASSEMBLY

A plumbing system pressure protection valve assembly that utilizes a unitary body to connect a hot water tank to a cold water supply, a vacuum breaker, and an expansion tank. The assembly includes two ball valves coupled to the unitary body to isolate the hot water tank from the cold water feed and to isolate and permit draining of the expansion tank. The assembly also includes a rod and foot coupled to a tab on the unitary body to provide support for the expansion tank service valve assembly.

The load module includes a section of the feed conduit with a feed connection, and/or a section of the return conduit with a return connection, as well as at least one regulating device for regulating the flow through a load circuit connected to the feed connection and to the return connection. The main module includes a manifold control device for the control of the regulating device in the load module(s).

A hydronic system having a set of inputs, a plurality of boilers, and a controller. Each input representing sensor for a respective heat emitter of a set of heat emitters. Each boiler of the plurality of boilers is configured to receive signals from a portion of the set of inputs.
