Integrated water heater
A water heater tank has several components formed of a one-piece seamless construction. The water heater tank includes a cylindrical wall with inner and outer surfaces. A helical condenser channel may be formed in the outer surface of the cylindrical wall. The water heater includes a cold water inlet. A cold water channel may be formed in the inner surface of the cylindrical wall in fluid communication with the cold water inlet and the interior volume of the tank.
Water heater with thermally isolating preheater and method of use
A water heater includes a thermally isolating preheater using a phase change material for increased efficiency. Cold water passes through the preheater and is heated using the phase change material therein. Due to the preheater, heated water is supplied to the water contained in the water heater storage tank.
Heat-pump equipment
When hot water supply and room heating are requested simultaneously, a hot water supply operation, by which energy saving is achieved without impairing the comfortability in a room, is performed. A heat-pump apparatus of a variable operation capacity type, a primary water circuit, a hot water tank, a room heater, and a controller are provided. The controller sets a hot water supply operation completion target time in the case of a requests for a simultaneous hot water supply and room heating operation, based on a temperature difference between the outdoor air temperature and the indoor temperature, and determines the rotation speed of the compressor in the hot water supply operation completion target time set.
INTELLIGENT HOT WATER HEATING SYSTEM WITH STRATIFIED TEMPERATURE-HEATING CONTROL STORAGE TANK
Hot water heating system comprising one or more water heaters with at least one water heating mechanism, and a heating-control storage tank generally configured to store heated water in a temperature stratified manner where hotter water tends to be separated from cold water. The heating-control storage tank can receive thermal energy or hot water from the water heater, send thermal energy or water to the water heater as its makeup water, and provide hot water directly to end users. The water heater may or may not be used to provide hot water to end users. The system is electronically controlled using a processor, various sensors, a recirculation pump, and electronically actuated valves. Depending on hot water needs and energy costs, the system controls water heating schedule and amount of hot water stored in the heating-control storage tank by changing system operation modes to minimize energy costs while providing reliable service.
Waste heat recovery device, heat supply system, and operation method for waste heat recovery device
A waste heat recovery device with a first heat medium side inlet; a first heat medium side outlet; a first heat medium flow path; a second heat medium side inlet; a second heat medium side outlet; a second heat medium flow path; a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the first heat medium and second heat medium; an expansion tank in the first heat medium flow path; a bypass flow path that causes the first heat medium to flow and bypass the heat exchanger; and a mixer where the bypass flow path and first heat medium flow path merge together. The mixer is configured to adjust a ratio of a flow rate of the first heat medium in the bypass flow path and a flow rate of the first heat medium in the heat exchanger, such that the temperature of the first heat medium after merging approaches a predetermined temperature.
HOT WATER SUPPLY TANK
The present invention relates to a hot water supply tank. A hot water supply tank, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a storage part which accommodates a fluid therein; an internal water outlet pipe through which a fluid flows from the storage part toward a heat pump; an internal water supply pipe through which the fluid flows from the heat pump toward the storage part; and an internal pipe which is disposed inside the storage part, wherein the internal pipe includes: a connection pipe which is connected to the internal water supply pipe, and at least a part of which is flexible; and a discharge pipe which has one end connected to the connection pipe and extending long, wherein a pipe through hole passing through the discharge pipe may be formed at the other end of the discharge pipe. Various other embodiments are possible.
