Improved Water Heater Device with TRIAC and Method of Use
An apparatus and method for heating water using tankless water heater with TRIAC. The present invention is a TRIAC adjustment device that lets a user adjust electric output within a tankless water heater to limit or turn off electricity to a TRAIC within the tankless water heater. As utilized herein, a TRAIC or traic is defined as “a three-electrode semiconductor device that will conduct in either direction when triggered by a positive or negative signal at the gate electrode.”
Notched base ring for use with a heat exchanger of a pressure washer
The notched base ring comprises a base ring sheet body including a top portion, a bottom portion, a first end connecting the top portion to the bottom portion, and a second end connecting the bottom portion to the top portion. The top portion includes a plurality of attachment lugs and defines a plurality of notches, each notch being at least partially defined by two lugs disposed on opposite sides of the notch, the top portion also including an angled top edge that is disposed at each of the attachment lugs, and the bottom portion includes a bottom support edge.
HEATING DEVICE WITH IMPROVED EFFICIENCY
A heating device, preferably for the combustion of biomass, in particular of pellets of biomass, in one aspect, includes a burner part and a heating part. The burner part includes a combustion chamber; a double-walled, internally hollow combustion-chamber wall, which has an upper opening leading above the combustion zone into the combustion chamber; a flue-gas duct which leads the flue gas downwards along the combustion chamber, wherein the flue-gas duct is followed by a heat-exchanger area including initially, a flat-tube flue-gas heat exchanger, then, a tertiary-air heat exchanger; a flue-gas ventilation stack, a radiant-heat exchanger located above the combustion chamber, a flue-gas flap at the upper end of the flue-gas duct, which, when open, connects the flue-gas duct to the stack. A flat-tube flue-gas heat exchanger of the heating part forms a heat-exchanger circuit with an exhaust-air heat exchanger with the same heat-transfer medium as the flat-tube flue-gas heat exchanger.
Versatile Cleansing and Sanitizing Water Dispenser and Methods of Production
A cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device and related methods are described herein that includes: a heating mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism heats water to a predetermined temperature, wherein the predetermined temperature is above 130° F. and up to the boiling temperature of the water, and wherein the temperature of the water can sanitize a surface, a cloth or another item; a liquid reservoir coupled to the heating mechanism, wherein the liquid reservoir is designed to hold and store water; a dispensing mechanism coupled to the liquid reservoir; and an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes a locking mechanism and wherein the locking mechanism is operatively coupled to the heating mechanism, the dispensing mechanism, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, a cleansing and sanitizing water dispensing device includes an integrated safety device, wherein the safety device includes an integrated spill tray, wherein the device or the heating mechanism will not operate unless the integrated spill tray is engaged and pulled out, so that it extends away from the dispensing device.

PORTABLE HEATER WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SENSORS
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a portable heater that may be used in an area used for human occupancy, to provide heat to that area. Such a heater can be portable, and comprise an environmental detector that senses ambient air conditions, and may provide data used to shut down the heater in threshold conditions. In one implementation, a portable heater for use in high altitudes can comprise a housing configured for portability, in which a combustion region and a fuel supply component are disposed. The heater can comprise an environmental detector with a flameless sensor configured to detect an ambient level of a constituent of the atmosphere, and generate a signal indicative of the constituent level; and a sensor interface that can control flow of fuel from the fuel supply, based at least upon a signal received from the sensor.
Heat Source Apparatus
In a heat source apparatus in which an electric component having an electrode and an insulator is mounted on a side plate of a combustion box, in a state in which a packing is interposed between a flange portion of the insulator and the side plate, by fastening a clamp which overlaps with an outer surface of the flange portion, to the side plate, the temperature rise in the clamp is restrained.
Upper and lower water tubes constituting a part of a water jacket are disposed on the side plate on upper and lower sides of the position of mounting the electrode component. In case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an inside surface of the side plate, the upper and lower parts of the clamp are brought into contact with those disposed positions of the water tubes which are in upper and lower portions of the side plate and, in case the upper and lower water tubes are disposed on an outside of the side plate, the upper and lower parts of the clamp are brought into contact with the upper and lower water tubes.
