Systems and methods for protecting sealed compressor electrical feedthrough
A method of feedthrough and overcurrent protection of a sealed compressor used in a transport climate control system (“TCCS”) is provided. The TCCS includes a climate control circuit with a sealed compressor. The sealed compressor includes an outer housing and an electrical motor within the outer housing. The method includes operating the sealed compressor to compress a working fluid by supplying electrical power to the electric motor of the sealed compressor via a sealed electrical feedthrough in the outer housing of the sealed compressor. The method also includes detecting an operating parameter of the sealed electrical feedthrough, and determining whether the sealed electrical feedthrough is in a melting condition based on the detected operating parameter. Also, the method includes adjusting operation of the climate control circuit upon determining that the sealed electrical feedthrough is in the melting condition until the sealed electrical feedthrough is no longer in the melting condition.

Cooling device 1, in particular a freezer 2, having a closable cooling space 3, an electrically operated cooling circuit, and preferably a cold storage pack 4, wherein the at least one closable cooling space 3 and the cold storage pack 4 can be cooled by the electrically operated cooling circuit. The cooling device has a power distributor 5 for distributing electrical power of at least one regenerative power source 6 to an electrically operated cooling circuit of the cooling device 1 and to at least one further electricity consuming device 7. In addition, the power distributor 5 has a control system with a computing unit 23, a memory 24 and priority logic. The priority logic is used to preferentially supply the electrically operated cooling circuit of the cooling device 1 with electricity if there is a lack of electrical power of the at least one regenerative power source 6.
LIQUID BLOCKING DEVICE AND EVAPORATOR THEREOF
The present application discloses an evaporator and a liquid blocking device thereof. The liquid blocking device includes: a body, which has a plate-shaped first separator extending in a longitudinal direction, the first separator having a plurality of holes, and the plurality of holes communicating an exterior of the body with an interior of the body; and a second separator attached to the body, the second separator being configured to have a plurality of openings which abut each other, so that a pressure drop generated when a fluid passes through the second separator via the openings is less than a pressure drop generated when the fluid passes through the first separator. The present application can improve the effect of gas-liquid separation.
COMPRESSOR RETURN AIR DRYNESS DETECTION METHOD, APPARATUS, DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A compressor return air dryness detection method includes: obtaining an exhaust air pressure, a return air pressure, a working frequency, an exhaust air temperature, and a return air temperature of a compressor; determining a return air saturation temperature corresponding to the return air pressure; calculating a temperature difference value based on the return air temperature and the return air saturation temperature; and in accordance with a determination that the temperature difference value is smaller than a predetermined threshold value, calculating a return air dryness of the compressor based on the exhaust air pressure, the return air pressure, the working frequency, and the exhaust air temperature.
Centrifugal compressor with recirculation structure
A centrifugal compressor for a chiller system includes a casing having an inlet portion and an outlet portion, a recirculation structure including a recirculation path and a recirculation discharge cavity, an impeller disposed downstream of the recirculation discharge cavity, a plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes disposed to surround the recirculation discharge cavity, and a diffuser disposed in the outlet portion downstream of the impeller. The recirculation structure is configured to impart a swirl to a flow of refrigerant into the inlet portion. The recirculation path supplies the refrigerant from the diffuser to the recirculation discharge cavity. The recirculation path includes a recirculation pipe that introduces the refrigerant toward the plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes. An annular groove is disposed between the recirculation pipe and the plurality of recirculation discharge guide vanes. An annular plate is disposed between the annular groove and the recirculation discharge cavity.
