Heat insulation box manufacturing method and heat insulation box
A method for manufacturing a heat insulation box, wherein said method involves disposing an outer box over the outside of an inner box such that there is space therebetween, covering an opening with an elastic sheet from the outside of the outer box, inserting a jig into the opening from the outside of the outer box to force the elastic sheet into the space between the inner box and the outer box, and injecting the urethane foam heat insulating material into the space between the inner box and the outer box so as to foam therein to form a recess with the elastic sheet tightly adhering to the surface thereof.
FREEZERS AND REFRIGERATORS
A cold storage device, notably a freezer configured to operate at a temperature which is ≤−30° C., includes a door seal which comprises a single piece door seal, the single piece door seal comprising i) a sealing portion configured to provide a seal between the door and the door frame when the door is in its closed position and ii) a thermal insulating portion which, when the door is in its closed position, extends at least partially between inner periphery of the door frame and the outer periphery of the door frame.

Cryogenic freezer
A cryogenic freezer features a dewar defining a storage space. A reservoir is positioned within or adjacent to the storage space and is configured to contain a cryogenic liquid with a headspace above the cryogenic liquid in a reservoir interior space that is sealed with respect to the storage space. A refrigeration module is in heat exchange relationship with the reservoir. A sensor is configured to determine a temperature or pressure within the reservoir. A system controller is connected to the sensor and the refrigeration module and configured so that the refrigeration module is adjusted to provide additional cooling to the reservoir when a pressure or temperature within the headspace increases.

MERCHANDISER WITH SENSING CAPABILITIES
A merchandiser for storing at least one product for purchase by a customer is provided. The merchandiser includes: a housing defining a cavity configured to receive the at least one product; an opening defined by the housing, the opening providing access to the cavity; and a door coupled to the housing and movable between a first position and a second position. The door substantially covers the opening in the first position and the door is positioned away from the opening in the second position such that the cavity is accessible. The merchandiser further includes a control system operable in a plurality of modes including at least a run mode and a setup mode. In the run mode, purchase of the at least one product is permitted. In the setup mode, one or more run mode provisions that control operation of the merchandiser in the run mode are received.
