DOMESTIC REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE APPARATUS
A domestic refrigeration appliance apparatus has a storage unit which defines at least one storage chamber for storing food that is open in the direction of an upper face of the storage unit, a closing unit which in at least one first storage state closes the storage unit at least substantially in the direction of the upper face, and a ventilation unit which in at least one second storage state moves the closing unit relative to the storage unit to ventilate the storage chamber. In order to provide a generic apparatus with improves properties in respect of efficient ventilation of a storage chamber, it is proposed that the ventilation unit pivots the closing unit about at least one pivot axis relative to the storage unit to ventilate the storage chamber.

In a refrigerator including a sliding door configured to open and close a storage chamber, a storage basket provided on a rear portion of the sliding door, and a support frame configured to support the sliding door and the storage basket, sidewalls of the storage basket may be formed so as to protrude outwardly except a lower portion in which the support frame is disposed between an inner case and the sidewalls, thereby increasing a storage space of the storage basket. In addition, a front protrusion, an auxiliary protrusion, and a rear protrusion are formed in an upper portion of the storage basket, and therefore a relative position of an auxiliary basket to the storage basket may be limited, and the auxiliary basket may be drawn into and out in conjunction with drawn-in and -out movements of the storage basket.
REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH IMPROVED STORAGE
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet that cabinet defines a food storage chamber therein. The refrigerator appliance also includes a shelf having an upper surface and a lower surface opposite the upper surface along the vertical direction. A flexible telescopic storage container mounted to the shelf. A top flange of the flexible storage container may be flush with the upper surface of the shelf. The shelf may include an aperture extending through the shelf from the upper surface to the lower surface and the flexible telescopic storage container may be mounted to the shelf through the aperture.

A demand exists for a method or device capable of improving the length that produce can be kept fresh within a produce compartment of a refrigerator. The present disclosure provides a refrigerator including a cold air generation unit configured to generate cold air required within the refrigerator main body, a produce storage unit configured to accommodate a produce box, and a lighting assembly configured to illuminate produce stored within the produce box. The lighting assembly includes a light emitting body including an LED illuminator configured to irradiate LED light for enhancing the freshness of the produce. A diffusion plate disposed on an inner wall of the produce box is used to diffuse the light into the produce box.
Storage cassette for laboratory objects
A storage arrangement (1) has a chamber (3). Several Dewar flasks (5) are arranged in the chamber (3) and above them a picking device (8). The picking device has at least one cassette lift (60), with which storage cassettes (20) can be removed from above from the Dewar flasks (5). This arrangement is suitable for storing laboratory objects even at very low temperatures. Each storage cassette (20) is preferably made from a single piece of sheet metal. The piece of sheet metal is bent such that it forms the side walls (30), the back wall (32), the top part (34) and the base part (38) of the storage cassette (20), as well as angles (40, 42) to accommodate the laboratory objects.
