WALL PANEL FOR AN APPLIANCE
A refrigerator includes a cabinet with a plurality of walls and a compartment area for storing food within the cabinet. A door is configured to seal the compartment area. A refrigeration component is disposed within the cabinet. A wall panel is positioned within the cabinet and includes a three-dimensional molded surface with non-uniformly spaced peaks and valleys and a lighting structure. The wall panel extends from a lower end of the compartment area to an upper end of the compartment area. The wall panel separates the compartment area from the refrigeration component and is coextensive with one of the plurality of walls of the cabinet.
Household Refrigerator Comprising A Door Stop Bar For Two Doors, Connected To A Partition Wall By Means Of At Least One Connector
A household refrigerator includes a housing containing a receiving space for food as well as a first door and a separate second door which are disposed pivotably on the housing and close a receiving opening of the receiving space. A door stop bar located outside the doors is disposed vertically in the receiving opening and is connected, on an upper end, to an upper partition wall defining the receiving opening, and on a lower end, to a lower partition wall defining the receiving opening. The doors rest on the door stop bar in the closed state. The upper end of the door stop bar is connected to the upper partition wall by a first connector including an undercut, or the lower end of the door stop bar is connected to the lower partition wall by a second connector including an undercut.
REFRIGERATOR
Disclosed is a refrigerator capable of minimizing generation of undercuts when manufacturing components of an inner case by injection molding. The refrigerator includes an inner case forming a storage compartment, and comprising a plurality of plates formed by injection molding; an outer case coupled to an outside of the inner case to form an external appearance; and an insulation disposed between the inner case and the outer case. A rear plate corresponding to one of the plates comprises: a drain hole formed through the rear plate to discharge water inside the inner case to the outside of the inner case; an inclined surface inclined downward toward the drain hole to allow water inside the inner case to flow to the drain hole; and an undercut prevention surface disposed below and spaced apart from the inclined surface, and forming a portion of an outer surface of the rear plate.
ALUMINUM EXTERIOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A manufacturing method of an aluminum exterior panel including preparing an aluminum material; machining to shape an edge of the aluminum material; implementing a fine multilayered pattern on a surface of the processed aluminum material; forming of forming fine corrugations on the surface of the aluminum material on which the fine multilayered pattern is implemented; anodizing to form pores on the surface of the aluminum material on which the fine corrugations are formed; digital printing of implementing a color and an image on the aluminum material on which the pores are formed; and sealing to close the pores.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes a box body, a hinge assembly, and a door body. The hinge assembly includes a plate body, a locking hook, and a blocking portion. A free end of the locking hook extends in a direction away from the plate body and is bent in a direction proximate to the plate body, so as to form an opening toward the plate body. In a case where the door body is in a closed state, the blocking portion is located in the opening. During a process from closing to opening of the door body, the locking hook is deformed under force to be disengaged from the blocking portion and unlocked.
COOLER
A cooler includes a housing, a lid coupled to the housing, and an interior post. The housing includes a floor surface and one or more interior walls that extend upward from the floor surface. The floor surface and the one or more interior walls define an interior volume. The interior post is positioned within the interior volume and the interior post extends upward from the floor surface. The interior post includes a first concave post surface and a second concave post surface.
DOMESTIC APPLIANCE DEVICE
A domestic appliance device, in particular a domestic refrigerator device, includes at least one storage unit and at least one holding unit that is provided to hold the storage unit in at least one operating state in which the storage unit is located completely in an appliance body. The aim of the invention is to advantageously hold storage units of a domestic appliance. This is achieved in that the holding unit is provided at most in an edge region of the storage unit in the operating state in order to hold the storage unit. The extension of the edge region in at least one direction perpendicular to a direction of a torque that occurs during holding corresponds maximally or at most to 30% of the extension of the storage unit along that direction. A method for holding a storage unit is also provided.
Cabinet reinforcing assembly
A refrigerating appliance includes a cabinet including an outer wrapper defining opposing first and second sidewalls, a rear wall coupling the first and second sidewalls, and an inner liner. An insulating cavity that is under vacuum is defined between the outer wrapper and inner liner. A trim breaker forms a seal between the outer wrapper and the inner liner. A mullion extends across an access opening. A mullion bracket extends across the access opening where the mullion bracket includes first and second ends having engagement portions coupled with an exterior surface of the outer wrapper. A pair of recesses on the exterior surface of the outer wrapper provide corresponding gaps between the first and second ends of the mullion bracket and the first and second sidewalls, respectively.
VACUUM INSULATION PANEL, APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING VACUUM INSULATION PANEL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VACUUM INSULATION PANEL
A vacuum insulation panel includes a panel assembly having a first panel having a transparent material, a second panel joined to the first panel, the second panel having a transparent material, a vacuum layer formed between the first panel and the second panel; and an exhaust hole located in one of the first panel or the second panel, the exhaust hole being configured to exhaust internal gas to form the vacuum layer. The panel assembly also includes a sealing cap configured to seal the exhaust hole, the sealing cap being made of a magnetic material. A method and an apparatus for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel is also provided.
CERAMIC PLATE AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING SAME
Disclosed herein are a ceramic plate to which an industrial fiber is attached to one surface thereof in order to reinforce the strength of a material and a refrigerator including the same. In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a ceramic plate includes a porous ceramic substrate, an adhesive layer bonded to one surface of the porous ceramic substrate, and a reinforcement material layer bonded on the adhesive layer and formed of a fabric woven from at least one industrial fiber selected from the group consisting of an aramid fiber and a carbon fiber.
