Golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads
Examples of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a body portion of a golf club head may include a cavity having an opening and an internal structure defined by a wall portion and a base portion. A hosel portion may include an insert portion and a neck portion extending therefrom. The hosel portion may be attached to the body portion by an interference fit between the neck portion and the opening of the cavity. The insert portion may be received inside the cavity and may be spaced apart from the internal structure of the cavity. A space between the insert portion and the internal structure of the cavity may be partially or entirely filled with an adhesive to hold the hosel portion in place. Other examples may be described and claimed.
ADJUSTABLE GOLF PUTTER
An example putter presented herein is designed manufactured in a way that allows for a golfer to adjust weight balance of the golf club head by moving respective weights through a toe-side track and a heel-side track on a bottom side of the golf club head. The putter may also be configured with adjustable toe-hang, face material, and loft all in one club, in order to optimize the club for the day's game without having to purchase a new golf club each time one desires to try something new. The putter head can combine a removable, stackable face plate with a continuous range of shaft attachment points to allow a golfer to adjust each factor all in one club.

GOLF CLUB HEADS
A golf club head having a nonmetallic crown bonded to a frame in close proximity to the face.
Golf putter head for ensuring pure roll
A new golf putter head is disclosed, comprising an upper portion and a sole pillar, wherein the upper portion comprises a strike face and the bottom edge of the strike face is used to strike the golf ball on the golf ball equator, and the sole pillar does not contact the ball at any point during the ball contact with the putter during the swing, the putter improving the putt accuracy by reducing golf ball slippage on the green and the variability of the energy deposited into the golf ball on a putt.
Support structures for golf club heads and methods of manufacturing improved support structures
A golf club head, preferably a putter head, comprising at least one structural support member is disclosed herein. The structural support member has a smooth, organic-looking aesthetic, with a continuously changing curvature along its spline and at least one surface, and preferably connects one portion of the golf club head to another portion. Where the support member connects to other portions of the golf club head, the surfaces of the member have a curvature that changes smoothly and continuously, lacking any sharp corners. The support member may be part of a lattice structure formed via binder jetting.
Hosel assembly
A putter comprising an adjustable hosel structure is disclosed herein. In particular, the putter comprises a hosel assembly comprising a shaft receiver and two interlocked bars that connect the shaft receiver to the putter head. A plurality of bolts connect the bars to the shaft receiver and the putter head, and these points of connection are joints about which the bars move, and which can be restrained to immobilize the hosel assembly or otherwise reversibly fix it in place so that a longitudinal shaft axis is aligned with a desired portion of the putter head. The hosel assembly preferably is adjustable along a horizontal, heel-to-toe axis, and is partially disposed, and secured, within a pocket on the heel side of the putter head.
ADJUSTABLE GOLF CLUB HAVING REVERSIBLE FACE AND SITE ALIGNMENT DEVICE
A golf putter including a putter head having a body portion and a reversible face. The golf putter further includes a hosel received by the body portion of the putter head and a shaft attachable to the hosel. A site alignment member is coupled to a surface of the body portion. The site alignment member may include one or more alignment markings for facilitating alignment of the golf club head during use.
