Aggregate dewatering device and method
A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.

Device for coating particulate material
A particulate material coating device, comprising a vertical central column, a supply conduit for supplying the device with particulate material to be coated and a discharge conduit for discharging coated particulate material, a conveying ramp connected to the central column and a plurality of sprayers for spraying a coating agent. The supply means is arranged at the top of the device and the discharge conduit is arranged at the base of the device. The conveying ramp comprises a plurality of ramp sections arranged one above the other so as to define, between two successive sections, a drop zone for the particulate material to fall between each of the successive sections. The device aims to ensure that the particulate material is transported without areas of accumulation as well as a homogeneous coating.
WASTE DRYING
According to the present invention waste 7 is dried by applying the waste 7 to a floor 4 comprising several floor segments 34, 44, 46 and by conveying the waste 7 by a push floor mechanism in which only a part of the floor segments 34, 44, 46 is moved at a time in a direction of movement 8 or a counter direction 61. The energy for drying the waste 7 is provided by warm air 11 through openings 38 in the floor segments 34, 44, 46 from a pressure chamber 3 through the floor 4 into the waste 7 and through the waste 7.

Drying of material
There is provided a multi-module counterflow drying apparatus (100) for drying material, the apparatus (100) comprising: a material inlet (102); a material outlet (104); a heat inlet (108) for inputting heat to the apparatus such that the heat traverses the apparatus in the opposite direction than the material; and a plurality of mutually interchangeable modules (110) stacked on top of each other, wherein the material is configured to move in the apparatus from one module to another such that the movement direction of the material in a given module is opposite to the movement direction of the material in a module above or below, wherein each module (110) comprises: movable paddles (210) configured to discontinuously move the material forward in the module (110).

System and method for conditioning abrasive media
A conditioner for filtering and drying recyclable abrasive media, such as steel grit, garnet, or other abrasive media used for abrasive blasting operations for steel structures, such as bridges, tanks, and marine vessels that are being repainted. The conditioner may include a pre-classifier (e.g., a trommel) to separate or filter the abrasive media from larger debris that may be vacuumed with the abrasive media during resurfacing operations. A dryer may use radiation elements (e.g., infrared (IR) lamps) positioned above a conveyor (e.g., vibration tray) that moves the abrasive media beneath the radiation elements. Vacuum airflow may bypass the dryer except for a portion of the vacuum airflow used to remove moisture from the dryer while drying the abrasive media. The conditioner may have a drying portion or the entirety under negative pressures.
