MULTI-AXIS VARIABLE-SPEED HOT WASHING MODULE AND HOT WASHING METHOD THEREOF
A multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module and a hot washing method thereof are provided. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module includes a storage assembly, a dehydration assembly, and one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, where the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine is connected to the storage assembly and the dehydration assembly. Batches of materials are stored in the storage assembly. When cleaning, the materials are put from the storage assembly into one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, and medicinal water is added. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine replaces functions of a hot washing machine, a screw, and a friction machine, and has relatively large mechanical friction on the materials during cleaning. The materials after being hot washed by the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine are transported to the dehydration assembly for dehydration, so as to implement separation of cleaning water and the materials.

A discharging outlet of the mixed waste storage device is connected with the primary-drying material inlet through the first conveying belt. The mixed waste incinerating device includes an incinerator, an incineration material inlet, an incineration material outlet, a combustion-supporting gas inlet and a flue gas outlet. The incineration material inlet is connected with the primary-dried material outlet through the second conveying belt and the combustion-supporting gas inlet is connected with the primary waste gas outlet. The flue gas outlet is connected with the drying gas inlet.
Hose on Waste Food Machine used to Clean Food Processing Machine
A system to process a waste food includes a housing; at least one drum enclosed in the housing where the waste food is mixed up and digested by microorganisms or dehydrated; and at least one cleaner incorporated in or on the machine to permit a jet of water to be turned on and off to clean the drum.
WASTE DRYING
According to the present invention waste 7 is dried by applying the waste 7 to a floor 4 comprising several floor segments 34, 44, 46 and by conveying the waste 7 by a push floor mechanism in which only a part of the floor segments 34, 44, 46 is moved at a time in a direction of movement 8 or a counter direction 61. The energy for drying the waste 7 is provided by warm air 11 through openings 38 in the floor segments 34, 44, 46 from a pressure chamber 3 through the floor 4 into the waste 7 and through the waste 7.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING PLASTIC RECYCLING MATERIAL
A recovery system for recovering plastic recycling material includes at least one rinsing chamber designed for heating and rinsing the plastic recycling material and having a rinsing air feed for feeding heated rinsing air into the at least one rinsing chamber; and at least one cooling chamber designed for cooling the plastic recycling material and having a cooling air feed for feeding cooling air into the at least one cooling chamber. The at least one cooling chamber is connected downstream of the at least one rinsing chamber and is fluid-connected to the rinsing air feed via an exhaust air line in such a manner that the exhaust air heated in the at least one cooling chamber by the plastic recycling material can be fed into the rinsing air feed of the at least one rinsing chamber. Use of such recovery system and method for recovering plastic recycling material.
Processing system intended to dehydrate food waste
The present invention relates to a processing system (0) intended to dehydrate food waste (4) comprising at least one device (200) for storing and heating food waste (4) comprising at least one device for stirring the food waste (4), a direct contact heat exchange condenser (34) comprising an opening (37) for extracting incondensable gases from the condenser (34), a first pipe (3) allowing direct communication between the storage device (200) and the condenser (34) to allow the passage of gaseous effluents (22) particularly comprising steam, produced by the heating of said food waste (4) in the waste storage and heating device (200), to the direct contact heat exchange condenser (34), where the steam condenses in contact with a shower of the coolant liquid. The recycling of heat between the condenser (34) and the device (200) for storing and heating food waste is provided by a heat pump (6).
Drier apparatus
A drier apparatus includes a cylindrical chamber in which a pair of screw conveyers each including a tubular shaft in which heat medium is able to flow, and carrier blades arranged on an outer surface of the tubular shaft is housed, a motor for rotating the screw conveyers, an input path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a proximal end of each of the screw conveyers, and an output path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a distal end of each of the screw conveyers. The input path and the output path include a device for opening and closing a path. Each of the screw conveyers includes a pair of tubular shafts arranged substantially in parallel with each other, and a plurality of semicircular carrier blades such that the carrier blades form a part of an imaginary spiral plane about the tubular shaft on an outer surface of the tubular shaft, the carrier blade being partially made of a material having a resistance to abrasion.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THERMAL PROCESSING
A thermal processing apparatus and a thermal processing method where the vessel with interconnected chambers in which the solid material is thermally processed is suspended in a heat exchange medium while it is rotated, which reduces the energy to rotate the vessel, increases heat transfer surface area, increases the turbulence of the heat exchange medium around the vessel and improves the movement of solid particles relative to each other and relative to the heat exchange surface. These features combine to increase the heat transfer rates within a compact vessel size.
Supercritical drying method for semiconductor substrate and supercritical drying apparatus
A supercritical drying method for a semiconductor substrate is disclosed.
