Apparatus and process for separating and recovering the components of an alloy, particularly a noble alloy
An apparatus for separating and recovering the components of an alloy, particularly a noble alloy, including a high vacuum chamber housing at least one crucible for the alloy to be separated; at least one heating element arranged, during use, around the crucible; at least one condensation device, which faces, during use, an upper mouth of the crucible. The particularity of the present invention resides in that the condensation device includes at least one cold element and at least one deflector that is adapted to divert the flow of the aeriform substances derived from the melting and evaporation of the alloy toward the cold element. The invention also relates to a process for separating and recovering the components of an alloy, particularly a noble alloy.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR VACUUM AND OIL AUSTEMPERING IN PRODUCING BAINITE
Methods and apparatuses for obtaining bainite are disclosed. The method includes heating a metal component in a vacuum chamber of a vacuum furnace to raise an internal temperature of the metal component, transferring the metal component from the vacuum chamber to a quench chamber of the vacuum furnace, quenching the metal component in oil that is maintained at a bainite-forming temperature range within a quench reservoir of the quench chamber, and removing the metal component from the quench chamber after a predetermined period of time.

A method for heat treating a superalloy component includes heating a superalloy component to a first temperature, cooling the superalloy from the first temperature to a second temperature at a first cooling rate in a furnace, and cooling the superalloy component from the second temperature to a final temperature at a second cooling rate. The second cooling rate is higher than the first cooling rate.
METHOD FOR HEAT TREATING COMPONENTS
A method for heat treating a superalloy component includes heating a superalloy component to a first temperature, cooling the superalloy from the first temperature to a second temperature at a first cooling rate in a furnace, and cooling the superalloy component from the second temperature to a final temperature at a second cooling rate. The second cooling rate is higher than the first cooling rate.

A base component may be uses in a thermoprocessing system that includes the base component and at least one recipient enclosure for sealing a process chamber of the thermoprocessing system from an exterior thereof. The base component includes a main hub, and the main hub includes: an energy penetration for providing a heating or cooling energy from an exterior of the process chamber to the process chamber; a media inlet penetration for transporting a media from an exterior of the process chamber to the process chamber; and a media outlet penetration for transporting a media from the process chamber to an exterior of the process chamber.

A sintering apparatus (4) for sintering at least one workpiece (2), more particularly a dental workpiece, having a sintering chamber (18) for receiving the sintering workpiece (2) during sintering, wherein the sintering chamber (18) is delimited by a base surface (6) of the sintering apparatus (4) on which the workpiece can be placed during sintering, wherein the sintering apparatus (4) has at least one gas feed (5) for introducing protective gas into the sintering chamber (18), wherein the gas feed (5) is on the side of the base surface (6) that faces away from the sintering chamber (18) and the base surface (6) has at least one flow-through portion (14) which is permeable to the protective gas to allow the protective gas coming from the gas feed (5) to pass into the sintering chamber (18).

A sintering apparatus (4) for sintering at least one workpiece (2), more particularly a dental workpiece, having a sintering chamber (18) for receiving the sintering workpiece (2) during sintering, wherein the sintering chamber (18) is delimited by a base surface (6) of the sintering apparatus (4) on which the workpiece can be placed during sintering, wherein the sintering apparatus (4) has at least one gas feed (5) for introducing protective gas into the sintering chamber (18), wherein the gas feed (5) is on the side of the base surface (6) that faces away from the sintering chamber (18) and the base surface (6) has at least one flow-through portion (14) which is permeable to the protective gas to allow the protective gas coming from the gas feed (5) to pass into the sintering chamber (18).
Carburizing device
A carburizing device includes a furnace body that performs heat treatment on a treatment object to perform carburization treatment on the treatment object, in which: a heater configured to perform heat treatment on the treatment object is provided upright in a vertical direction within the furnace body; a gas supply section configured to supply a gas for burnout toward the heater is provided at a lower end part of the heater; the heater is inserted through a protective tube provided upright in the vertical direction; and the gas supply section is configured to supply the gas for burnout to between the protective tube and the heater.
Carburizing device
A carburizing device includes a furnace body that performs heat treatment on a treatment object to perform carburization treatment on the treatment object, in which: a heater configured to perform heat treatment on the treatment object is provided upright in a vertical direction within the furnace body; a gas supply section configured to supply a gas for burnout toward the heater is provided at a lower end part of the heater; the heater is inserted through a protective tube provided upright in the vertical direction; and the gas supply section is configured to supply the gas for burnout to between the protective tube and the heater.
