A holder plate 20 has two support notches 22 and a holder hole 21. When the holder plate 20 inserted in a plate insertion hole 14 of the plate support portion 13 is unbent, both end portions of the plate support portion 13 are inserted respectively in the support notches 22, thereby positioning and supporting the holder plate 20.

The device is preferably sized and shaped to be disposed within or coupled to a golf bag or golf cart.
