A brazed plate heat exchanger (100) includes a plurality of first and second heat exchanger plates (110, 120) having different patterns of ridges and grooves providing contact points between neighbouring plates under formation of interplate flow channels for fluids to exchange heat, said interplate flow channels being in selective fluid communication with first, second, third and fourth large port openings (O1, O2, O3, O4) and first and second small port openings (SO1, SO2) forming a suction gas heat exchanger together with a dividing surface (DW). The ridges (R1, R2a, R2b) and grooves (G1, G2a, G2b) are formed such that the interplate flow channels between different plate pairs have different volumes. Disclosed is also a refrigeration system and method including such as heat exchanger.
COOLING DEVICE
Provided is a cooling device with which it is possible to cool a fluid to be cooled, even before maintenance work, if a fault such as a blockage or a breakage occurs in a part of a channel. The cooling device (1) is provided with four heat exchangers (1A-1D) and a plurality of heat exchanger connection parts (111-120), each of the heat exchanger connection parts allowing natural gas to flow therethrough. Each of the heat exchangers has: a drum (101, 102, 103, fourth drum 104), a refrigerant reservoir (T), a plurality of heat exchanger core parts (121, 122, 123, 124) immersed in liquid propane in the refrigerant reservoir (T), and a demister (106). A plurality of cooling channels allowing natural gas to flow therethrough are installed, independent of each other, from the first heat exchanger (1A) to the fourth heat exchanger (1D).

A heat exchange assembly includes an upper cover panel, a lower cover panel, a plurality of stacked plate assemblies, and a plurality of fins interposed between the plurality of plate assemblies. Each of the plurality of plate assemblies forms a flow passage for receiving a coolant. A continuous flow path extends through the heat exchange assembly. The flow path is in fluid communication with the flow passage of each of the plates and configured to convey air from each of the flow passages to an environment separate from the heat exchanger.

COMPRESSED AIR GENERATION PLANT
The present disclosure relates to and envisages a compressed air generation system. The compressed air generation system includes a multistage reciprocating compressor for providing compressed air at a high pressure. A combi-cooler assembly includes a pair of intercoolers and a radiator assembly is configured to dissipate heat recovered by the cooling fluid from first reciprocating compression stage, second reciprocating compression stage, third reciprocating compression stage and crankcase assembly of the radiator circuit. The system is a stand-alone unit.
TEMPERATURE-CONTROL DEVICE FOR AN ENERGY STORE
A temperature-control device of an energy store, e.g., in a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The temperature-control device includes a first circuit, in which a first heat transfer unit and the energy store to be temperature-controlled are arranged and connected to one another in a heat-transferring manner via a first heat transfer medium, and a second circuit, in which a second heat transfer unit and the first heat transfer unit are arranged and connected to one another in a heat-transferring manner via a second heat transfer medium. In at least one line of the first circuit and/or at least one line of the second circuit a predetermined breaking point and/or a predetermined bending point is arranged which upon a predefined force effect interrupts a flow of fluid therethrough.
Refrigeration system
A reversible refrigeration system including a compressor arranged to compress gaseous refrigerant, a four-way valve switchable between a heating position in which a payload is heated and a cooling position in which the payload is cooled. A payload heat exchanger is connected to the payload requiring heating or cooling, and a dump heat exchanger, two one-way valves, and two controllable expansion valves as well, wherein the one-way valves each are connected parallel to a corresponding expansion valve, wherein switching of the four-way valve between the heating position and the cooling position controls a flow of pressurized refrigerant to either of the payload heat exchanger or the dump heat exchanger and wherein the heat exchanger which receives the flow of pressurized refrigerant functions as a condenser and the other heat exchanger functions as an evaporator.
MULTISTAGE BATH CONDENSER-REBOILER AND CRYOGENIC AIR SEPARATION UNIT USING THE SAME
One object of the present invention is to provide a multistage bath condenser-reboiler capable of suppressing a decrease in condensation efficiency and making it compact. The present invention provides a multistage bath condenser-reboiler, including: a heat exchange core including a heat exchange section formed by adjacently stacking an evaporation passage through which liquid to be evaporated flows, and which is partitioned into a plurality of stages, and a condensation passage through which gas is condensed by heat exchange with the liquid; a liquid reservoir which is configured to store liquid which is supplied into the evaporation passage or flowed out from the evaporation passage; and a liquid communication passage which is configured to flow the liquid in the liquid reservoir from an upper liquid reservoir into a lower liquid reservoir; and the liquid reservoir is provided for each evaporation passage partitioned into the plurality of stages on at least one side surface in a width direction of the heat exchanger core, which is orthogonal to a stacking direction of the condensation passage and the evaporation passage, wherein the condensation passage is divided at least two stages, and wherein the multistage bath condenser-reboiler further comprises: a gas header which is provided at the top of each stage of the condensation passage to supply the gas into the condensation passage of each stage; condensation inlet flow channels which introduce the gas supplied in the gas header into the condensation passage; a liquid header which is provided at the bottom of each stage of the condensation passage, and collects liquid generated by condensation of the gas in the condensation passage, and condensation outlet flow channels which flow out the liquid generated by condensation into the liquid header.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
