A system for testing circuits of an integrated circuit semiconductor wafer includes a tester system for generating signals for input to the circuits and for processing output signals from the circuits for testing the wafer and a test stack coupled to the tester system. The test stack includes a wafer probe for contacting a first surface of the wafer and for probing individual circuits of the circuits of the wafer, a wafer thermal interposer (TI) layer operable to contact a second surface of the wafer and operable to selectively heat areas of the wafer, and a cold plate disposed under the wafer TI layer and operable to cool the wafer. The system further includes a thermal controller for selectively heating and maintaining temperatures of the areas of the wafer by controlling cooling of the cold plate and by controlling selective heating of the wafer TI layer.
MICRO-CHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER
The invention involves a micro-channel heat exchanger, which includes flat tubes (8), fins(9) and plate-type header pipes communicated with the flat tubes, (8) each plate-type header pipe comprising a flat tube groove plate, a distribution plate (2) and an outer side sealing plate (5), a plurality of flat tube groove through holes (3) are provided in the flat tube groove plate (1) along a length direction, throttling channels (4) communicated with the flat tube groove through holes (3) are provided in the distribution plate (2) along an arrangement direction of the flat tube groove through holes (3), the outer side sealing plate (5) is provided on one side, far away from the flat tube groove plate (1), of the distribution plate (2). The micro-channel heat exchanger can solve the problems of low heat exchange efficiency and small heat exchange area of the heat exchanger.
REVERSIBLE FLOW EVAPORATOR SYSTEM
A reversible flow heat exchange system includes a heat exchanger system that includes a canister configured to receive a first fluid from a machine and a heat exchanger disposed within the canister. The reversible flow heat exchange system also includes a cooling system coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to circulate a second fluid between the heat exchanger system and the cooling system and a reversing valve coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to selectively direct a flow of the first fluid in a first direction through the canister and in a second direction through the canister that is opposite the first direction.
MICROCHANNEL EVAPORATORS WITH REDUCED PRESSURE DROP
In one general aspect, a converging split-flow microchannel evaporator is disclosed. It includes a conductive contact surface to mate to a surface to be cooled, with a core mounted in thermal connection with the conductive surface that defines at least one layer of microchannels. Within the core, one inlet restriction restricts the flow into each microchannel in a first group of the microchannels, and another restricts the flow into each microchannel in a second group. A centrally located fluid outlet receives the flows from opposite ends of the microchannels in the two groups. A check valve can be provided to help ensure ready startup without reverse flow.
