INTEGRATED CONNECTOR AND HEAT EXCHANGER INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an integrated connector and a heat exchanger including the same, in which a connector main body is formed by pressing one pipe, a cap is press-fitted into the connector main body, such that the integrated connector is formed so that an interior of the connector main body is blocked by the cap. Therefore, the number of components used to manufacture a connector, which connects and securely couples a header tank and a gas-liquid separator, may be reduced, the integrated connector may be easily manufactured, and a brazing defect may be reduced at portions where the integrated connector is joined to the header tank and the gas-liquid separator of the heat exchanger.
Heat sink
A heat sink includes: a heat sink body made of a metal material which includes a plurality of heat radiating fins having a flat plate shape, the heat radiating fins being arranged parallel to each other on one surface side of a base having a flat plate shape at intervals in a direction along a surface of the base; and a bridge member made of a metal material which has a plurality of grooves parallel to each other, the grooves being formed at a pitch equal to an arrangement pitch of the heat radiating fins of the heat sink body, and the grooves accommodating distal ends of the respective heat radiating fins in a press-fitted state.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR-CONDITIONER
Provided is a heat exchanger which includes: a flat pipe as a heat transfer pipe in which refrigerant flows; and multiple fins having openings for inserting the flat pipe and arranged at a predetermined interval in a length direction of the flat pipe. At the flat pipe, multiple linear cutouts used for positioning the multiple fins are formed at the predetermined interval in the length direction of the flat pipe, and at least part of an edge of each opening contacts a corresponding one of the cutouts.
LIGHTING SYSTEM AND SENSOR PLATFORM FOR CONTROLLED AGRICULTURAL ENVIRONMENTS
A lighting system includes two or more lighting fixtures, each comprising a housing, at least one light source mechanically supported by the housing, at least one pipe thermally coupled to the housing to carry a fluid coolant, an AC power port, and at least one network communications port. The AC power ports of respective lighting fixtures are coupled together with a plurality of industrial power cables without using one or more conduits for the plurality of industrial power cables. The network communications ports of the respective lighting fixtures are coupled together with a plurality of waterproof network communications cables. In one example, a lighting system kit comprises two or more lighting fixtures having an AC power port comprising an industrial type connector. The kit further comprises multiple industrial power cables and one or more industrial drop tee cables.
GUIDE APPARATUS FOR HAIRPIN-SHAPED HEAT EXCHANGER TUBES
Hairpin-shaped heat exchanger tubes are guided with respect to a fin stack in which through-holes are formed in three or more lines. A guide apparatus includes: a first guide portion provided with a plurality of first guide pins that extend in an inclined direction; a second guide portion provided with a plurality of second guide pins that extend in an inclined direction in an opposite direction; a first guide pin axial direction moving apparatus that moves the first guide portion along an axial direction; a second guide pin axial direction moving apparatus that moves the second guide portion along an axial direction; a first guide pin row direction moving apparatus that moves the first guide portion along the row direction; and a second guide pin row direction moving apparatus that moves the second guide portion along the row direction. The hairpin-shaped heat exchanger tubes are held in gaps between the first guide pins and the second guide pins.
DOUBLE-SIDED ROLL BOND CONDENSER, DOUBLE-SIDED ROLL BOND CONDENSER RUSHING STRUCTURE, AND RUSHING METHOD THEREOF
A double-sided roll bond condenser has a main body, an interposition section, and a neck portion. The main body is an upright board and has two side surfaces. Two filling structures are respectively protruded from the two side surfaces of the main body. The interposition section is formed at a bottom portion of the double-side roll bond condenser, and is a U-shaped folded structure. The U-shaped folded structure protrudes from one of the two side surfaces of the main body. The neck portion is located between the main body and the interposition section.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR COOLING DEVICES CONTAINING MULTIPLE COMPONENTS
The disclosed apparatus may include (1) a base that (A) supports multiple heatsinks and (B) is coupled to a device that includes (i) a first component designed to operate at temperatures below a first threshold temperature and (ii) a second component designed to operate at temperatures below a second threshold temperature, the first threshold temperature being different than the second threshold temperature, (2) a first heatsink that (A) is secured to the base and (B) transfers heat away from the first component such that the first component operates at a temperature below the first threshold temperature, and (3) a second heatsink that is (A) secured to the base, (B) physically separated from the first heatsink by at least a certain amount of space, and (C) transfers heat away from the second component such that the second component operates at a temperature below the second threshold temperature.
PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR VAPOR CHAMBER
A protection element for vapor chamber includes a main body and a protection element. The main body is divided into a working zone and a sealing zone. The sealing zone is located around an outer periphery of the working zone and is provided with a notch area, to which a fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is connected. The protection element is correspondingly mounted to the notch area to contact with the sealing zone of the main body. With the arrangement of the protection element, the fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is protected against collision and impact and accordingly, the main body of the vapor chamber is protected against vacuum and working fluid leakage.
HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE HEAT EXCHANGER
A high corrosion resistance heat exchanger is disclosed, which has improved corrosion resistance. The improved corrosion resistance is achieved by controlling alloy components in a tube material and a fin material and inducing sacrificial corrosion of the fin material. The high corrosion resistance heat exchanger includes a tube having a channel formed therein to allow a refrigerant to flow, and a plurality of fins coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the tube. The fins may contain 0.1 wt % to 0.45 wt % of Mg, and 0.5 wt % to 0.8 wt % of Zn, a remainder wt % of Al.
