Housing
A method for producing a weapon housing and to a weapon housing. Said method is characterized in that the weapon housing includes at least two sub-assemblies, an inner contour being cut into at least one solid block for each sub-assembly. The solid block is a steel block. Openings and recesses are introduced into the at least two sub-assemblies.
Barrel flexing mitigation assembly
The invention provides a barrel flexing mitigation assembly (10), which is suitable for reducing barrel deflection, particularly in long range rifle barrels, such as those used in target shooting, hunting or sniper applications. The barrel flexing mitigation assembly (10) comprises a tubular shaft (20) extending coaxially with a rifle barrel (12) for defining an exoskeleton (20) within which at least part of the barrel (12) is encased; and a tubular barrel stabiliser (22) which is snug-fitted over the barrel (12), such that it is radially positioned between the barrel (12) and the tubular exoskeleton (20).

INSULATED FIREARM COVER
An insulated cover for at least partially covering a firearm comprising. The insulated cover includes an insulated main body that forms a barrel cavity that is configured to fully encircle a portion of a firearm barrel when the firearm barrel is positioned in the barrel cavity. The insulated cover includes a closed rear end, a closed bottom side, an open front end, and an openable top side. The openable top side is configured to be repeatably openable and closeable along 25-100% of a longitudinal length of the barrel cavity. The main body including at least one layer of a thermal insulative material.

HEAT PROTECTIVE DEVICE
A heat protective device includes a sheet having a first edge opposite a second edge. The sheet is comprised of a plurality of intertwined links that are movable with respect to each other. A strip is positioned between the first edge of the sheet and the second edge of the sheet. A fastener couples the first edge of the sheet and the second edge of the sheet to the strip to form a tubular shape. The fastener is configured to adjust a diameter of the tubular shape to releasably fix the heat protective device about an object. A method for manufacturing a heat protective device is also disclosed.
