APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PLAY FOR A SOCCER KICKING AND TRAPPING GAME
An apparatus and method of play for a soccer kicking and trapping game incorporating a goal. The game includes a goal panel that is elevated above the playing field by foldable supports. One set of goals is provided under the goal panel between the supports on opposite sides. In addition, the goal panel has an aperture that serves as a horizontal goal. To play one goal is set in the middle of a playing field, or two goals are set at either end of the playing field. Teams take turns kicking, passing and trapping in pursuit of having the soccer ball hit or enter one of the goals to score various levels of points.

A ball retriever base includes an upper surface, a lower surface for coupling to a walking stick or pole. The base includes two prongs extending away from the base with each of the two prongs having a contoured upper surface forming first and second seats sized to receive first and second ball sizes. The two prongs may be made of a flexible material so that when a ball having a weight of at least 1 pound falls into place between the two prongs, the base produces an audible snap to indicate the ball is properly seated.

The present invention discloses an automatic scoring system for a beer pong game to implement an automatic scoring function of the beer pong game using a radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, comprising: a game table equipped with a RFID reader and a plurality of RFID antennas; a plurality of game cups with electronic tags being attached at bottoms thereof; at least one game ball with an electronic tag embedded therein, and a computer that processes data read by the reader from the electronic tags and controls a scoring procedure of the beer pong game, wherein the RFID antennas are placed at a plurality of predetermined positions in a game zone of the game table, the plurality of predetermined positions corresponding to possible positions of the game cups placed according to game rules. The present invention also discloses an online beer pong game system, comprising the automatic scoring system for a beer pong game as mentioned above, which online beer pong game obtains game data in real-time from a computer of the automatic scoring system using a cloud storage technology and a mobile phone application, such that competitors of the beer pong game can online participate in the game, track game scores and statistics, compare results with other competitors on a global scale.

Apparatus and rules for playing a boules-style game. The apparatus may include one or more rigid gamepads on which balls can roll, each gamepad having a raised ridge around its periphery defining a base area, and shapes formed in the base area by raised ridges enclosing one or more additional distinct areas. The game may be played in an open area with one or more gamepads placed on the ground. Gameplay includes players rolling the balls onto the gamepad from a distance. Each gamepad may have a post affixed thereto extending vertically from the gamepad. A bonus ball may be balanced atop the post, subject to being dislodged and awarding bonus points. Points are awarded based on a predetermined point value of the base area, and higher predetermined point values of the areas defined by the raised ridges, and the final positions of the balls.

A game for children where the players roll a hook and loop receptive ball (such as a large tennis ball) at a plurality of hook and loop covered game pieces placed on a game board, so that the game pieces become attached to the ball. The game board can be in the form of a zoo, an ark, a house, etc. and the game pieces can be in the form of animals, numbers, letters, words, family members, etc. Players roll the ball to pick up the game pieces, and then place them in a collection area (such as a zoo cage for an animal). The first player to place all of their game pieces in their collection area is the winner. The game is a learning tool aimed at children ages 3-9 years old.
