Hinged firearm receiver
Provided is a hinged firearm receiver configured to operate with an AR-pattern Bolt carrier group, buffer, buffer spring, and buffer tube. The firearm upper receiver has an integral hinge that connects to a rear receiver body and provides an AR-pattern firearm the ability to have a folding stock to reduce length for storage or transportation purposes.
Adjustable, Pivoting Rifle Stock and Method of Use
An adjustable shoulder rest for a rear stock for a rifle or shotgun, with slidable adjustment features at the butt plate to customize the shoulder to firearm interface, providing diverse adjustment options pursuant to user preference and/or circumstances of use. The present invention further provides a pivotal, slidably-adjustable shoulder rest to facilitate customized position adjustment to the firearms orientation vis-a-vis the operator, including the option to provide a swivel connection for adjustment of the firearm during operation, even allowing the user to employ various diverse sights mounted to the firearm for user selection via pivoting the firearm, while maintaining undisturbed engagement of the shoulder rest to the shoulder of the user.

Foldable firearm
The present disclosure describes a foldable firearm that collapses into a folded state under spring pressure. The foldable firearm may include a foldable grip assembly. The foldable grip assembly may include a foldable pistol grip, a foldable trigger assembly, a folding bar, and a foldable hand stop. The foldable grip assembly may fold into the top shell of the foldable firearm. The foldable firearm may also include an ambidextrous charging handle assembly that may include a bottom portion, a top portion, a guide bar, and two opposing charging handles. The charging handles may be pulled to unfold the foldable firearm, and/or butterflied such that pivoting one charging handle causes the other charging handle to pivot. The first-pivoted charging handle may then be pulled rearwards to unfold the firearm. The first-pivoted charging handle may then be pulled further rearwards to rack the slide of the foldable firearm.

Pivoting carbine conversion assembly
An assembly (10) includes a forward unit (12) including a mounting portion (16) for mounting thereon a firearm, the forward unit (12) defining a projectile shooting axis (20), and a rearward unit (14) coupled to the forward unit (12). The rearward unit (14) includes a retractable buttstock (24) that has a retracted position and an extended position. In the extended position the rearward unit (14) is pivotable with respect to the forward unit (12) about a pivot axis (26) which is tilted relative to the projectile shooting axis (20).

RECOIL SYSTEM FOR USE IN SOME TYPES OF RIFLES
The present device is a shortened recoil system designed to replace the AR-15 type recoil system, comprising the standard recoil systems of many commonly used rifles including the AR-10, AR-15, M-16 and M-4. This shortened recoil system removes or replaces the parts of the traditional recoil system located in the stocks of these rifles and place the entire recoil system within the receiver, while maintaining the alignment of the recoil system with the barrel of the rifle. A major advantage of the present system is that it allows the rifle to be fired with a folded stock or even with no stock at all, as no part of the present recoil system is located within the stock.
Latch and release mechanism for adjustable firearm stock
An adjustable stock assembly includes a housing, a stock rail, a release, a key movable with respect to the release, a latch rotatable about a latch pivot between a latched position, an unlatched position and a disassembly position, and a latch cam pin coupled to the release. The housing is extendable and retractable with respect to the stock rail. The stock rail has a slot and one or more recesses adjacent to the slot that can engage the latch, thereby preventing disassembly of the rail from the housing and further securing the rail in a particular configuration. When partially depressed along with the key, the release disengages the latch from the stock rail recesses, allowing the housing to extend and retract within its adjustment range. The housing can be disassembled from the stock rail when the key and release are fully depressed.
