A shooting target includes a target main body that is a substantially plate-shaped body and serves as a target; an auxiliary portion; and a joining portion configured to join the target main body and the auxiliary portion, wherein the auxiliary portion has an auxiliary portion main body protruded from an outer peripheral end surface of the target main body, and the joining portion separably joins the target main body and the auxiliary portion main body.

A bowling aiming apparatus, configured to be used with a bowling lane, includes a frame and a target suspended from the frame. The frame includes two legs which lie parallel to one another within opposite troughs of the bowling lane and extend along a longitudinal direction of the troughs. A target holding assembly for holding a target above a support surface includes a stand that may penetrate a support surface. A clamp is coupled to the stand and a panel is removably positioned in the clamp. The panel may have a target attached thereto thereby facilitating the target to be supported above the support surface. Thus, the target may be shot at.

A simulated firearm includes a body, a camera, a memory, and a processor. The body has a handle, a trigger, and a barrel portion. The barrel portion defines a shooting axis. The camera is coupled to the body and aligned with the shooting axis. The camera is configured to capture an image in response to actuation of the trigger. The memory is coupled to the body and stores marker data corresponding to at least one target marker. The processor is coupled to the body and configured to determine whether a portion of the image captured by the camera matches any one or more of the at least one target marker.

A shooting target assembly includes a balance bar having a center portion that is rotatably connected to a support, a first target assembly rotatably connected to a first end of the balance bar at a first pivot point, and a second target assembly rotatably connected to a second end of the balance bar at a second pivot point. The first target assembly includes a plurality of first target zones, the second target assembly includes a plurality of second target zones, each of the first target zones and each of the second target zones is configured to engage one or more targets, and the balance bar is configured to rotate about the center portion in response to one or more of the targets being broken.
