A sports training device includes a glove with a main body. The main body has a palm portion and a back portion. The main body is configured to receive a hand of a user. A plurality of finger receptacles is disposed on the main body. Each finger receptacle of the plurality of finger receptacles has a proximal end disposed adjacent to the main body and a distal end disposed opposite the proximal end. The plurality of finger receptacles includes a thumb receptacle, a first finger receptacle, and a second finger receptacle. Each of the distal end of the thumb receptacle, the distal end of the first finger receptacle, and the distal end of the second finger receptacle are open. A sensor is disposed on the glove and is configured to monitor a release of an object to be thrown.

A swing training device for practicing a sports swing that includes a body having a first end region and a second end region and a receiving slot extending along the body. At least one attachment member is received within the receiving slot and is adapted to couple the first end region and the second end region to define a hollow shape. In some embodiments, the first end region and the second end region are adapted to translate relative to each other along the slot.

A training aid for throwing a curveball is disclosed herein. The training aid can include a base member that can coupled to a user's wrist. The training aid can further include a first stiffener and a second stiffener coupled to the base member and extending towards the fingertips of the user. The first stiffener can extend over the top of the user's hand and the second stiffener can extend over the palm of the user's hand. The first stiffener and the second stiffener can maintain the wrist/hand position by preventing the wrist from flexing and extending.

A training device useful at least for exercises for bicep workouts and strengthening is configurable for multiple types of movement and use. The training device has a frame, two arm cradles attached in variable configurations, and a multi-use strap. The arm cradles are removable from the frame for re-configuration or for storage and transport. To configure the training device for compact storage and transportation, the arm cradles can be detached, nestled into the inner side of the frame, and wrapped by the strap. To attain various workout configurations, the arm cradles can be interchanged on the frame, reoriented on the frame, and adjusted to preferred lateral positions on the frame.

A golf swing training device includes a sleeve or strap arrangement to be worn about the elbow of a golfer's leading arm and an elbow bracing assembly attached to or integrated with the sleeve or strap arrangement. The degree of inclination of the upper body of the golf player when playing golf can be adjusted by using the striped line patterns or the striped patterns. On side surfaces other than the back touch side surface of the columnar box, a plurality of vertical striped line patterns or vertical striped patterns are drawn substantially at right angles to the bottom surface of the columnar box. The degree of rotation of the upper body at a golf swing can be adjusted by using the vertical striped line patterns or the vertical striped patterns.
