Method and Apparatus For Rendering Safe Unexploded Ordnance
A system for rendering safe unexploded military ordnance items found on land by use of a portable apparatus employing entrainment waterjet technology. The portable apparatus includes a tool package containing a plurality of tools designed for accessing the interior of a unexploded ordnance item. The interior of the ordnance item is accessed, and its internal contents, which it typically an energetic material, is washed-out and recovered.
NON-ELECTRIC INITIATOR SYSTEM
A squib assembly for a non-electric initiator of an anti-personnel obstacle breaching system includes a housing configured to connect to the igniter of a rocket motor of the anti-personnel obstacle breaching system, a slider assembly slidably contained within the housing and configured to connect to a shock tube of the non-electric initiator, and a pyrotechnic element disposed within the housing. Upon activation of the non-electric initiator, the squib assembly is configured to mechanically puncture a base of a initiator sleeve of the rocket motor and to thermally initiate ignition of the rocket motor.
Systems and methods for launching a projectile from a disrupter cannon
A disrupter cannon includes a barrel for launching a projectile. An insert may be used to launch a projectile of a smaller diameter than the projectile launched through the barrel of the disrupter cannon. An insert includes a bore therethrough, a breech-end portion, and a muzzle-end portion. The breech-end portion includes a channel. An O-ring is positioned in the channel of the breech-end portion. The muzzle-end portion includes one or more channels. A respective O-ring is positioned in each channel of the muzzle-end portion. While the insert is positioned in the barrel, the O-rings are configured to form a seal between an outer surface of the insert and an inner surface of the barrel. The projectile with a smaller diameter is launched through the bore of the insert.
Method for handling solids capable of deflagration
Method of processing and handling solids and mixtures capable of deflagration, in particular of processing materials capable of deflagration in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, wherein the processing and handling is carried out in an environment under a reduced pressure of ≦500 mbara and the processing and/or handling comprises one or more process steps selected from the group consisting of filtration, milling, sieving, mixing, homogenization, granulation, compacting, packaging, drying, storage and transport in a transport container and other steps in apparatuses having mechanical internals.

BLAST-RESISTANT CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a blast-resistant container, and particularly to such a container configured to receive an explosive, an explosive-suspect item or a thereto related article for preventing or minimizing damage in the event an explosion occurs. Advantages with the invention includes for example an improved safety situation surrounding the process of handling potentially explosive devices, as the blast-resistant container may be made readily available for use in any situation where potentially dangerous objects may be presented.
Intelligent explosion-proof table
The present disclosure provides an intelligent explosion-proof table, including a worktable, an explosion-proof box; the worktable has a window passing through in the vertical direction. The explosion-proof box with an open top is arranged under the window of the worktable. A lifting plate which can be moved up and down and a support mechanism for driving the lifting plate to be lifted are provided inside the explosion-proof box. The lifting plate is used for placing a danger source and matches with the window and is capable of being raised into the window.

A LANDMINE, UEO OR IED DETECTION AND DESTRUCTION SYSTEM
A landmine, unexploded ordnance (UEO) or improvised explosive device (IED) detection and destruction system which uses ground penetrating (GPR) radar to detect and guide a ballistic weapon to destroy it. The positions of which are also visually communicated through smart helmets or headgear having heads up display visors worn by the personnel, soldiers, combatants or any endangered persons in the vicinity.
