Grappling dummy
A grappling dummy having a generally human shape includes a trunk with a head, arms, and legs extending from the trunk. The legs can be connected together by an elongate connecting leg segment forming a leg enclosure. The grappling dummy also includes padding disposed about the trunk, the head, the arms, and the legs. When resting on the ground in a kneeling position, the midline of the trunk is generally parallel and elevated with respect to the ground. The grappling dummy can include a jacket assembly to be worn around the trunk and the two arms, where the jacket assembly is divided at its back into trunk sections with arm coverings. The trunk sections are configured to connect at the back of the grappling dummy to form a cloth jacket open at the front, and are connectable by a fastener assembly at the back.
PUNCHING SURFACE
A padded punching surface incorporating elastic roping connected to a frame which allows the punching surface to be struck with a force of impact by a user so as to minimize swinging of the punching surface. The apparatus is an improvement on existing punching bags which enables easier convenient and more realistic combat training for athletes and users. The amount of swing for the punching surface can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the elastic roping. The punching surface can include an attached head shaped surface for more realism.
Systems and methods for martial arts training devices with anatomically accurate force, pressure and other response
A martial arts training device includes one or more anatomically correct simulated body parts (ACSBPs), including at least one of: head, neck, one or more legs, one or more arms and torso, at least one of said simulated body parts including at least one resettable, breakable or hyperextensible simulated anatomical element, the element simulating human joints, ligaments, tendons or bones. In embodiments, each of the ACBSPs includes a covering of simulated human skin, and wherein following a break or hyperextension of the resettable element, the element may be reset to its undamaged position or resting status to engage the device repeatedly.
Active wooden dummy
The invention relates to the field of Wushu facilities and provides a novel active wooden dummy comprising a lower limb assembly, an upper body assembly and two arm assemblies. The lower limb assembly is provided with a driving device and a vertical spindle. The spindle is vertically arranged. The upper body assembly is rotatably arranged on the spindle. The driving device drives the upper body assembly to repeatedly swing leftwards or rightwards. Each arm assembly comprises a front arm rod, a rear arm rod, a turning rod and a connection rod. Kinetic energy generated when the upper body assembly swings is used to drive the arm assemblies to stretch or retreat, the whole wooden dummy can be driven by one driving device to move, and the arm assemblies stretch or retreat when the upper body assembly swings, so as to simulate attack motions from opponents in actual combat.
GRAPPLING DUMMY
A grappling dummy having a generally human shape includes a trunk with a head, arms, and legs extending from the trunk. The legs can be connected together by a connecting leg segment forming a leg enclosure. The grappling dummy also includes padding disposed about the trunk, the head, the arms, and the legs. The trunk defines a midline, and the head can extend longitudinally from the trunk angled in a forward direction from the midline at about forty-five degrees. Each of the arms can extend from the trunk at about forty-five degrees. Each of the arms can lie in a generally transverse plane with respect to the midline. Each of the legs can extend from the trunk at about forty-five degrees. Each of the legs can lie in a second plane angled in a forward direction from the midline of the trunk at about forty-five degrees.
SECONDARY TARGET FOR A SPARRING HELMET
A secondary target for sparring helmet configured to yield when struck by a trainer such that the amount of torque experienced by the trainee is significantly reduced. The secondary target is configured to be a target for the trainer to aim for when trying for a near miss of the trainee.
The secondary target is configured to be associate with one or more of the chin, forehead, side, top, or the back of head when the sparring helmet is worn by the trainee.
Portable fighting opponent for boxing, martial arts, or any fighting arts
A portable shield made for individuals who practice boxing, martial arts, or any combat sport. The portable shield comprises a central striking area, a resilient neck-like striking area, a head-like striking area that are suitable for kicking and/or punching. The portable shield also comprises holding arms for steering the shield and a spring within the resilient neck-like striking area for allowing movement of the head-like striking area when it is stricken by a user/athlete. The head-like striking area, the resilient neck-like striking area and the central striking area are covered with padding material to prevent injuring the user/athlete when kicking and/or punching.
Tackle Training Apparatus
A tackle training apparatus includes a padded body member and two padded elongate leg members in which each leg member has a first end for abutting the body member and a second end for contacting the ground. The two leg members are arranged in relation to the body member to extend from and to be resiliently movable relative to and/or separable from the body member, and in one configuration where the second end of each of the two leg members is placed on the ground, the two leg members can support the body member such that the apparatus is in a standing position, provides an effective training apparatus for improvements in collisions and especially tackles in rugby. Use of the apparatus facilitates improvement in point of contact, height of approach, grip technique and grip strength.

Sparring training tool
A body held sparring device configured for either striking or being hit with the addition of a secondary target. The secondary target is offset from the sparring tool and designed to yield when struck, rather than transmit dangerous torque to the body part holding the sparring tool. Additionally, the sparring tool can further incorporate additional sparring tools, additional secondary targets and or additional control body points.
