Martial arts shin conditioning target
A portable kicking target for shin conditioning during martial arts training, particularly muai thai. The target may be attached to a conventional punching bag to provide target areas of varying hardness, such that, over time, trainee shin bones and the shin area of the legs are conditioned and strengthened. The target comprises a radially spaced-apart pair of impact pockets that are to be repeatedly kicked. Each impact pocket houses a plurality of elongated, generally parallel, plastic impact tubes. One pocket has a plurality of soft tubes, and the other houses a plurality of harder tubes. The kicker's shins are strengthened over time by repeated contact with the impact pockets. Training starts with the softer impact tubes. After the trainee's shins strengthen, the trainee may increase impact force by switching to the harder impact tubes, and eventually micro fractures will develop as conditioning peaks.
Boxing bag
A boxing bag is described comprising a body extending between a lower surface and an opposite upper surface along a longitudinal direction and having a peripheral surface connecting the lower surface and the upper surface; a housing configured to accommodate a multimedia device, integrated with the body and defined on the peripheral surface of the body.
Tackling Apparatus
An apparatus includes a rolling mechanism and a pulley device. The rolling mechanism is connected to a cable and configured to traverse the cable from a first end of the cable toward a second end of the cable, the cable being attached to and extending between a pair of support members. The pulley device is removably coupled to the rolling mechanism and attached to a tackling bag, the tackling bag being configured to be tackled when propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members. The pulley device is separated from the cable when the tackling bag is propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members.
Tackling apparatus
An apparatus includes a pair of support members, a cable, a rolling mechanism, a tackling bag and a pulley device. The pair of support members are fixedly coupled to a surface. The cable is attached to and extends between the pair of support members. The rolling mechanism is connected to the cable and configured to traverse the cable from a first end of the cable toward a second end of the cable. The tackling bag is attached to the rolling mechanism and configured to be propelled from one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members. The pulley device is coupled to the rolling mechanism and attached to the tackling bag. The pulley device is separated from the cable when the tackling bag is propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members.
FREE STANDING HEAVY BAG
A system for boxing and exercise includes a base, a support connected to and extending vertically from the base, an extended cylindrical bag having a top, a bottom, and a mid-section, a concave zone of the mid-section of the bag, and a sensor connected to the bag. The sensor is communicatively connected to an application program (app) of a processing device for measure of strike count, strike power, strike angle and strike reaction time to the extended cylindrical bag. The concave zone simulates upper cuts, kidney punch, and other human opponent characteristics for strike.
MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING SIMULATOR
A training simulator system for martial arts including two detachable parts. The first part comprises a cylindrical bag and the second part comprises a base. The base may have a circular base line. An outer diameter of the base may be larger than a diameter of the bag. The base may be reinforced along an inner circumference. The base may include a center having a concentric round hole that may have a diameter sized corresponding with the diameter of the bag. The bag may further include, at a first end, at least one strap segment for suspension and safety to prevent unintentional loosening.
Punching bag having two sections
The punching bag having two sections is a physical training apparatus. The punching bag having two sections is adapted for use in training participants in combat sports. The punching bag having two sections presents a plurality of targets that are struck during training activities. The punching bag having two sections incorporates a plurality of punching bags, an internal fastener, and a harness. The internal fastener interconnect the plurality of punching bags. The harness limits the motion of a first punching bag selected from the plurality of punching bags relative to a second punching bag selected from the plurality of punching bags. Each of the plurality of punching bags forms a target selected from the plurality of targets.
Exercise apparatus having a stair and slide assembly
A stair and slide assembly includes a stair portion including a plurality of stairs, a slide portion including a slide with an entrance and an exit, and an assist bar positioned proximate the exit of the slide to assist a user with pivoting from the exit of the slide to the stair portion. The slide has a first portion extending substantially linearly from the entrance of the slide at an angle and a second portion extending from the first portion to the exit of the slide. The second portion transitions the slide from the angle of the first portion to substantially horizontal. The exit of the slide is configured to be positioned at a target height above a ground surface. The target height is between about 18 inches and about 30 inches.
ADJUSTABLE HARDNESS PUNCHING BAG
A variable hardness punching bag is disclosed herein. The punching bag comprises a core having a first hardness profile; and at least one auxiliary shell attachable to the core, wherein the at least one auxiliary shell has a second hardness profile different to the first hardness profile. The auxiliary shells include a punching shell and a kicking shell, wherein the punching shell is denser and harder relative to the kicking shell. The punching and kicking shells include attachment straps for facilitating attachment to the core.
Modular Support Assembly
A modular support assembly for hanging exercising and training apparatus includes a pair of vertical elements and a horizontal element. The horizontal element is configured to selectively engage upper ends of the vertical elements so that the two vertical elements extend perpendicularly and codirectionally from opposed ends of the horizontal element to a surface. Exercising or training apparatus can be hung from the horizontal element. The vertical elements are two of a plurality of vertical elements and the horizontal element is one of a plurality of horizontal elements. Each vertical element can selectively engage respective opposed ends of two horizontal elements so that the two horizontal elements extend perpendicularly from the upper end of the vertical element. The set of horizontal elements and the set of vertical elements thus are selectively positionable in a variety of rectangular configurations.
