Shoulder motion exercise device and method of use
A shoulder motion exercise device, kit, and method of use having a retainer, a plurality of connectors, an extender, and a slider. The device aids in the stretching and exercise of at least a shoulder and a portion of the torso.
EXERCISE EVALUATION IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM, AND EXERCISE EVALUATION IMPROVEMENT METHOD
An exercise rating and improvement system comprising: a feature amount extraction unit for extracting, from information obtained from a subject, a feature amount about exercise efficiency; an rating unit for rating exercise efficiency of the subject by comparing the extracted feature amount and a feature amount to be compared; and an improvement information providing unit for providing, on the basis of the rating result, information such that the feature amount of the subject approaches the feature amount to be compared.
Golf Swing Training Systems
A golf swing training system includes light source(s) configured to emit light beam(s), one or more sensors configured to sense the emitted light beam(s) from the light source(s), one or more feedback indicators configured to indicate the path of the golf club and/or an angle of a club face of the golf club, and a control circuit in communication with the one or more feedback indicators and the one or more sensors. The control circuit is configured to receive one or more signals from at least one of the sensors, and in response to receiving the one or more signals, turn on at least one of the feedback indicators to output the audible sound or light to indicate the path of the golf club and/or the angle of the club face of the golf club.

Wrist-Training Device for a Golf Swing
A wrist-training device for a golf swing is an apparatus that trains a golfer of a consistent proper golf swing form. The apparatus includes a housing, a trigger assembly, and a click-alert assembly. The housing contains the trigger assembly and the click-alert assembly. The housing is wearable as the apparatus includes a length-adjustable strap. The length-adjustable strap wraps around the wrist. A first loop and a second loop connect the length-adjustable strap around the housing. The trigger assembly activates the click-alert assembly. The click-alert assembly notifies the user of proper form with a sound. The trigger assembly includes an actuation plate and a release lever. The click-alert assembly includes a striking latch, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The actuation plate is pressed by the hand, and the release lever is engaged. The release lever releases the striking latch, allowing the first magnet to snap with the second magnet.
Pendulum stroke teaching device
A pendulum stroke teaching device formed from a one piece coupling element for use with conventional golf alignment sticks and an individual's putter club. The coupling element includes two spaced apart apertures for receipt of the distal ends of the alignment sticks. A centrally disposed cavity between the apertures is constructed and arranged for receipt of a putter shaft. The coupling element operates to secure the alignment sticks and putter in a fixed position. The ends of the alignment sticks are placed between the torso and the inner upper arms of the golfer. When the golfer grasps the putter grip, movement of the putter can only take place by use of a pendulum stroke. The teaching device is used for training the golfer to use a repetitive and consistent swing for improving their golf experience.
GRIPPING DEVICE FOR HANDLING A GOLF CLUB
A golf grip device for handling a golf club provides a flexible, comfortable joint resistance for a user's finger. The grip device contains a number of features configured to help improve one's golf game. The grip device is configured to be worn as a stand alone piece to be placed over a user's finger without a glove, to be bonded directly onto a glove or to be built within a glove. The device provides a cooperating relationship between the flexible material, reduced resistance applied, reduced tension and enhanced muscle memory in the fingers.
Golf Training Device
A golf training device may aid both left and right-handed golfers to ensure proper stance width using a numbering system based on shoulder width. The training device may ensure proper ball placement off the golfer's front heel to ensure consistent ball striking location in swing. The training device may further ensure proper front foot angle along a swing path for full, pitching, and/or chipping swings and proper rear foot offset from the target line and stance width to ensure consistent swing arch based on the selected club. The training device may be flipped over depending on which hand the golfer uses, and it may be separated or collapsed to be placed in the golfer's bag for storage and/or transport.
Athletic grasp training articles, kits, and methods
Articles, kits, and methods for enabling an individual to improve their top-hand grasp of a handled object, such as a baseball bat. An article has an arcuate inner portion having a groove that extends along a length thereof, configured to reversibly engage the handled object. The article also has an irregular outer portion with a thumb support that arcuately extends from the irregular outer portion, configured to reversibly engage the individual's top-hand. During use of the article in a method of the invention, the article enables the individual to grasp the handled object with the fingers of their top-hand, rather than the palm and thumb of their top-hand, to improve acceleration, velocity, precision, accuracy, and form of the individual's swing when the article is not used, as well as improved safety and consistent grip technique when it is used.
SWING TRAINING DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
A swing training device is provided. The swing training device embodies a mask adapted to place an aperture at a predefined focal length in front of the eyes of the athlete. The mask is adapted to attach to various headgear. The mask provides guides for selectively retaining diaphragms with their own diaphragmatic apertures over the aperture.
