Fitness device for training the whole body
ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fitness device for training the whole body. The device has coaxially arranged one above the other tubular elements of the same diameter, and an inner body disposed in cavities defined by the tubular elements. At the base of the inner body is a drive motor, providing rotational movement of the lower tubular element and the part of the inner body disposed in its cavity, which transmits the rotational movement and of the part of the inner body disposed in the cavity, by a spindle, at least two obstacles with identical construction respectively lower and upper, each magnetically connected to a sliding means, respectively detachably connected to sliders and of the inner body and a cover.
Shock absorbing system
A structural padding system includes an outer shell, an inner shock absorbing liner attached to the outer shell, and multiple compressible balls coupled with the outer shell and/or the inner shock absorbing liner in such a way that the multiple compressible balls are free to move, relative to the outer shell and the inner shock absorbing liner, when the structural padding system is impacted by an object.
Batting tee
A batting tee and/or hitting training device is provided that includes a platform, a support extending upwardly from the platform and a holder disposed on the support opposite the platform for holding the ball to be hit. The holder includes a lower tubular member and an upper ball-retaining portion that are integrally formed with one another.
BOXING BAG FRAME ASSEMBLY
A boxing bag frame assembly includes a rectangular perimeter frame formed by perimeter frame members raised from the ground and supported by support posts, and a movable cross member which extends between two opposing perimeter frame members. Both ends of the cross member include roller assemblies which are movable along the frame members, thus allowing the cross member to be movable along the frame members. The cross member further includes a bag mount which also includes a roller assembly, such that the bag mount is movable along the cross member. The movability of the bag mount and the cross member allows a boxing bag to pivot, rotate, or swing relative to the bag mount as well as move in the space within perimeter frame in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Physical training apparatus and method for using the same
A physical training apparatus for use in striking training, the apparatus comprising: a frame having a perimeter member extending substantially along a perimeter member plane and a support assembly for supporting the perimeter member above a ground surface such that the perimeter member plane is substantially horizontal, the perimeter member surrounding a central space for receiving an instructor; and a plurality of striking targets suspended from the perimeter member, the striking targets being positioned around the central space to allow a user positioned radially outwardly from the frame, adjacent one of the striking targets and facing inwardly towards the central space, to interact with the striking target while maintaining visual contact with the instructor when the instructor is positioned in the central space.
Exercise machine with movable user support
An exercise machine with a two directional pivoting user support assembly has a user support or platform which supports the user and pivots about a first pivot axis during an exercise movement, and is also pivotable about at least one second pivot axis to involve the user's core muscles in balancing and maintaining the user support in a stable position. A manually operable locking device with a simple flip switch lever is provided for selectively locking the user support against rotation about the second pivot axis, so that the user can easily chose whether to perform the exercise with a stable support or to add a level of difficulty by using the unstable seat mode and exercising core muscles during the exercise.
Exercise machine with levitated platform
An improved exercise machine has a stationary longitudinal monorail structure that extends between front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and an exercise platform mounted on a levitated carriage that is reciprocally movable along the monorail between the stationary platforms. Magnetic elements arranged on various opposing surfaces of the carriage and monorail generate magnetic forces that levitate and stabilize the carriage as it moves relative to the monorail thus substantially eliminating contact friction. Springs selectively attachable to the movable platform provide a resistance force for exercising. Pseudo-levitation and eddy brake elements on the carriage and monorail structure further stabilize the carriage and platform.
Protective Field Screen
A protective field screen system that includes a screen frame system (including a screen frame and a protective screen that includes a netting coupled to the screen frame), a base frame to be disposed on a supporting surface, and resilient members. The screen frame coupled to the base frame by way of the resilient members, and the resilient members to deform to facilitate movement of the screen frame relative to the base frame.
System for absorbing and redirecting impact
A system for absorbing and redirecting impact including a plates assembly and a damping assembly is disclosed herein. The plates assembly includes a first plate being attached to a wall. The first plate and a second plate having a plurality of openings. The openings receive straps to tether the second plate to the first plate. The damping assembly includes a padding being attached to a front side of the second plate. A plurality of angled members are attached to a rear side of the second plate and to a front side of the first plate. The plurality of angled members receive shock absorbers therein. The damping assembly is configured to absorb and redirect impacts.
Padding layer for athletic field
Various embodiments for a pad that may be combined with other similar pads to form a padding layer of an athletic field, or other surface, are disclosed. The pad includes a top surface and a bottom surface. Bottom-side projections are positioned on the bottom surface of the pad. Water channels are positioned on the bottom surface of the pad defined as a recessed area between individual ones of the bottom-side projections. A drainage hole is positioned in at least one of the bottom-side projections such that the drainage hole does not connect with any of the water channels on the bottom surface. The drainage hole may be at least partially coupled to projection channels on the bottom-side projections, where the projection channels act as a water vacuum to facilitate air circulation and vertical water evacuation relative to the drainage hole.
