SYSTEM FOR PHYSICALLY AND VISUALLY DEMARCATING ACTIVITY ZONES AND METHOD OF USING SAME
The novel system of the present invention includes a plurality of moveable markers, such as cones, having two visually contrasting indicators useful for physically and visually demarcating activity zones. The markers can be dispersed spatially, such as being placed on the ground or on posts, to demarcate areas, zones, regions or boundaries, for conducting an activity, such as soccer practice. The system is useful to guide, instruct, monitor or constrain the activity of an individual, or object. Alignment of the markers can visually separate one zone from another zone so as to indicate different activities for each zone.
Athletic training system and method
An athletic training system (200) has a data recording system (202) and a data engine (204). The data recording system (202) is configured to record an athletic competition event. The event may have a first team of players competing against a second team of players. The data engine (204) is configured to receive data associated with the recorded athletic competition event. The data engine (204) processes the data and displays the data as a replay of the event in animated form.
GATE ASSEMBLY ATHLETIC TRAINING DEVICE
A gate assembly device, which may include an pole with an arm and base coupled to the pole. The arm may be coupled to a sensor, and the sensor may measure whether movement was detected between the sensor and a ground surface. The sensor may also detect whether contact was made with the arm. The arm may be coupled to the pole with a coupling device, and the coupling device may be coupled to the pole at more than one height. The pole may be coupled to more than one arm, and the one or more arms may move between a stowed and deployed position.
Modular agility ladder
An agility ladder exercise device has plural rungs which are connected by spaced flexible straps. Each rung has a left connector and a right connector, the left connector having structure thereon which engages with a right connector of a similar rung in a non-pivoting connection. The one or more ladders may be laid out on a play surface for use in agility exercises where the rungs of each ladder are spaced parallel to one another. Multiple ladders may be connected side to side, and can change lanes, or form a zig zag path. The ladders are stored with the rungs stacked parallel to one another within a holder with a U-shaped base. Each holder has connectors allowing a pair of holders to be releasably connected, and has a necked down region defined by restraint walls that engage with notches in the rungs.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING HUMAN RESPONSE, SENSITIVITY AND PERFORMANCE
Systems and methods for improving an individual's response are disclosed. A system for improving an individual's response comprises an item of headwear having a microphone; a speaker; a recording device secured to a front of the item of headwear; an electroencephalogram cap for measuring and recording electrical activity in the individual's brain; and a computing device. The computing device includes machine readable media; an input device; an output device; a communication device for communicating over a network; a processor in data communication with the machine readable media, the input device, and the output device; and electronic instructions that, when executed by the processor, perform steps for causing the speakers to project noise to the individual and actuating the recording device to record the individual's field of view. The microphone allows the individual to communicate, over the network, with a third party.
Athleticism rating and performance measuring system
A universal athleticism rating system and related athletic performance measuring systems for accurately detecting and recording athletic performance are disclosed. The athleticism rating system evaluates individual athletes against a common, standardized, set of athletic performance tests. Each athlete performs the athletic tests and his or her scores in the individual tests are entered into a standardized calculation to produce a single athletic performance score. The related performance measuring system is preferably a timing system that ensures quick, easy, and accurate collection of athletic event timing related data without the need for the athlete to wear any special detection devices or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the performance measuring system integrates with the rating system to provide seamless athletic data collection and rating of athletes.
SPORTS TRAINING DEVICE
A training device comprising a plurality of arms, each arm having two or more markings, the two or more markings being disposed at a position that is related to one of (a) a type of maneuver to be practiced, (b) anthropometric data of typical players, (c) anthropometric data of a specific player performing an exercise, and (d) a diameter of a basketball, and at least one junction, each junction being disposed between each pair of the plurality of arms, and a base coupled to each of the at least one junction.
STICK HANDLING TRAINING SYSTEM AND HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE BASE FOR USE THEREIN
The present disclosure provides a stick-handling training system for use in at least sports like hockey, ringette and field hockey. The system is comprised of height adjustable bases and cross members positioned in those bases. The height adjustable bases are vertically adjustable between a first and a second position and elevate the cross members from the ground at heights that can vary based on the object used to be passed underneath in stick-handling training.
ADVANCED BASKETBALL TRAINING SYSTEM
The invention relates to an advanced basketball training system. The basketball training system includes a motorized rotatable backboard mounted on a column. The assembly further comprises a smart basketball capturing mechanism mounted on the rotatable backboard. The smart ball capturing mechanism is connected to a ball receiving mechanism. The ball receiving mechanism collects the ball when a shot attempt is missed or made, and is delivered inside the column. A ball propulsion mechanism is fixed at the base of the column for passing/propelling the ball back to the player at various distances. The system further comprises a polyolefin or thermoplastic elastomer/acrylic sports court flooring, overlaying LED and infrared panels, for displaying multiple line markings in correlation to the angle of the rotatable backboard and other parameters related to the sport. The systems operating system comprises high-speed camera technology, smart basketball GPS technology, infrared sensors, and augmented reality using AR glasses.
Sport Training Structure
A sport training structure includes a plurality of brackets and a plurality of first pivot members connected with the brackets. Each of the first pivot members has two connecting portions. Two of the first pivot members are mounted between two of the brackets to construct a polygonal frame, with each of the two connecting portions of each of the first pivot members being pivotally connected with one of the two pivot ends of each of the brackets. In such a manner, the two of the brackets are pivoted about the two of the first pivot members, so that the polygonal frame is foldable.
