A hybrid fitness ladder including at plurality of rung units, along with a rung unit for such a ladder, are described. Each one rung unit includes a plurality of elevated rails as well as a plurality of ground rails, wherein each ground rail is integrated or connected to at least one elevated rail. The hybrid fitness ladder may further include at least one rung unit connector configured to removably attach one rung unit to another rung unit in positions where the elevated rails are positioned as ladder rungs, in positions where the ground rails are positioned as ladder rungs, or a combination of the two. The elevated rails and ground rails may be made of a semi-flexible material that is deformable and biased toward a first configuration.

A computer-implemented American soccer training and evaluation method that includes subjecting a drilling user to predefined drilling protocol(s) of a plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and obtain, from each pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of the plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and from at least one sensor on each of the assemblies, at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user. The user physical characteristic is communicated to an administrative server over a network, where it is stored and used to create a drilling user performance profile having individualized performance comparisons with respect to the at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user and a performance benchmark. Then, the drilling user performance profile is communicated to at least one of a plurality of electronic computing devices of a plurality of consuming users for evaluation and review.

An apparatus for training athletes having two supporting structures. The first structure has a base that can rest on a surface and walls that extend upward from the base to an upper end, defining an interior space. The walls incorporate a bar connector above the base designed to connect to and support one end of a bar. The walls have supporting elements above the base and below the upper end of the walls. The second structure has walls that are configured so that the lower end of the walls can engage the supporting elements of the first structure so that the second structure is supported by the first structure above the supporting elements. The second structure has a bar connector at the same height as the height of the bar connector of the first structure configured to connect to and support the other end of the bar.

The goal can be seated in a standard golf cup and so can be used on a golf course. The event may have a first team of players competing against a second team of players. The data engine (204) is configured to receive data associated with the recorded athletic competition event. A sports training apparatus for training athletes to deliver a ball or other object at an appropriate arc. The sports training apparatus includes an adjustable horizontal target that is positioned between the athlete and the target. It gives guidance to the athlete at the time of release. The athlete's height, game being played, desired arc, technique employed and position on the court determine the appropriate configuration, placement, and use of the sports training apparatus described herein.
