A computer-implemented American soccer training and evaluation method that includes subjecting a drilling user to pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of a plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and obtain, from each pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of the plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and from at least one sensor on each of the assemblies, at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user. The user physical characteristic is communicated to an administrative server over a network, where it is stored and used to create a drilling user performance profile having individualized performance comparisons with respect to the at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user and a performance benchmark. Then, the drilling user performance profile is communicated to to at least one of a plurality of electronic computing devices of a plurality of consuming users for evaluation and review.

The present disclosure provides a sports training system including a first housing including a transmitter; a second housing including a receiver and a wireless communication module; and a plurality of illuminating targets in communication with the wireless communication module; wherein, in operation: the transmitter projects a transmission; the receiver is positioned laterally away from the transmitter and receives the projected transmission; in response to an object passing between the transmitter and receiver, the receiver is blocked from receiving the projected transmission; and in response to the receiver being blocked from receiving the projected transmission, a selected one of the targets illuminates.

This invention is directed to a ball tee for supporting a ball. A ball tee comprises a column, and two platforms. The column is hollow and is generally identical on top and bottom, and dimensioned, at the bottom, to receive the narrow end of one platform, and, at the top, to receive the narrow end of another platform, communicating the column to both platforms, or one platform on the bottom with no platform communicated to the top, or either one platform on the top with no platform communicated to the bottom, providing a plurality of configurations and difficulty levels when utilizing the ball tee. The column is configured to stand upright on a multitude of natural and manufactured surfaces, with no platform communicated to the bottom, and to support a ball when there is no platform communicated to the top.

A physical therapy system that includes an apparatus coupled with a plurality of techniques of use thereof. A sand training bag for sand and/or mineral training in an open and closed configuration. The sand pit training bags includes a sand pit training bag configuration comprising at least one fastener and at least one overlaying fabric around the perimeter to open flat on a surface. The sand training bag includes attachable wall structure, wherein the surface attachable wall structure is configured with a sand pit training bag in an open configuration visible relative to a sand or mineral pit held by one or more fasteners. A detection device performs one or more actions in response to detecting that the light beam has been broken.

An agility training ladder may include a plurality of frame bodies, and each of the frame bodies has a first board and a second board. Each of the first board and the second board has two connecting members respectively at two ends thereof. Each of the first boards comprises two first connecting ribs at two lateral surfaces thereof while each of the second boards has two second connecting ribs at two lateral surfaces thereof. A sport training apparatus, such as for hockey or soccer (e.g. football) having an elongated base member and one or more stick members coupled to the elongated base member. One or more support members extend from under the elongated base member to rest on a training surface. A projectile, such as a puck, may pass under the elongated base member. The stick members may have an angle from about 0-degrees to about 180-degrees with respect to the elongated base member.
