A sporting device designed to help improve and teach a person as well as a trainer the correct wrist snap motion for playing many sports. This device is comprised of an adjustable wrist band that will adjust to the person's lower ulna and radius bones. with a resistance, adjustable strap around the finger/knuckle that connects from the finger/knuckle to the wrist strap. This device has an audible unit and can also have a vibration attachment as well as a counting attachment added to the wrist strap for different uses in sports or physical therapy. When the trainee is training they will make the same motion they would when they are playing said sport. This device can be set at a desired level of resistance and distance for desired wrist snapping motion. The trainee or trainer can set the desired wrist snapping motion for the device objective. When the objective is achieved the unit will respond with either a sound and or a vibration to indelicate that the desired motion was reached.

A whistle system that enables an official or other user to not only have the whistle in a secure position for quick and easy use while also enabling the user to be able to use both hands as well. In particular, the whistle system includes a fingergrip that allows the user to quickly move the the whistle in position for use in a natural motion, while allowing the fingergrip to then quickly separate from the whistle to allow both hands of the user to be utilized. Alternatively, the whistle allows individuals with restricted movement in one arm to still officiate. A user having restricted movement in one arm can simply wear the whistle on one hand, move it into position in the mouth to be blown, and then quickly separated from the whistle to allow the signal to be indicated with one hand. The whistle system includes a whistle with a fingergrip. The fingergrip is securely attached to the whistle by a securement system that also allows the fingergrip to be separated from the whistle with an application of force.

In an example embodiment, a display of human lungs is provided that visually elevate with inhalation. A patient's progress is visualized with a featured conspicuous level marker and upward motions of lungs that are seen from both sides of the device.

The present disclosure is a game that has a mixer positioned at a first location on a gaming area and a plurality of balls randomly dispersed throughout the gaming area. The golf club fitting apparatus may be attached to a golf club and provide fitting information including effective lie angle and effective loft angle. The golf club fitting apparatus includes a lower surface that contacts a butt end of a grip, an upper surface opposite the lower surface, and a side surface connecting the upper and lower surfaces. An angle indicator is disposed at a predetermined angle relative to a shaft axis of the golf club so as to rest in a neutral position when the golf club is in a normal address position.

Systems and methods described herein may provide an adjustable magnetic attachment force for flag football and for determining a location in flag football. In some embodiments, a system comprises a flag and a wearable item, wherein the flag and the wearable item are configured such that a magnetic attachment force exerted between a first connector and a second connector attaches the flag to the wearable item. In some embodiments, a set comprises one or more flags and one or more wearable items, wherein an adjustable magnetic attachment force attaching the flags and wearable items is adjusted by replacing one or more magnetic components. In some embodiments, a system comprising a flag and a wearable item is configured to detect that contact between a first connector and a second connector has been broken and to automatically indicate a location associated with the contact being broken.
