The controller may be configured to compare the actuator temperature with a temperature threshold associated with the actuator, and control the cooling fan to adjust the actuator temperature based on determining that the actuator temperature satisfies the temperature threshold.
ENGINE DAMPER COOLING UTILIZING CAB A/C CIRCUIT
In one embodiment, a method for cooling an engine damper, including converting a gas to a liquid, and cooling an engine damper by passing the liquid through a tube portion located between fan air flow and the engine damper.
Acoustic insulation system for internal combustion engine
An acoustic insulation system for an internal combustion engine mounted on a vehicle according to the present disclosure includes: an acoustic insulation cover configured to cover the internal combustion engine with a gap interposed between the acoustic insulation cover and the internal combustion engine; a first fan configured to introduce air toward the interior of the acoustic insulation cover; and a second fan configured to discharge air from the interior of the acoustic insulation cover.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Two oil coolers (30, 32) are disposed so as to face each other in a front half of the inside of a heat exchanger chamber (26) defined in an upper revolving body (5), one oil cooler (31) is disposed in a rear half, and a space (E) formed between the oil coolers is used as work and passage spaces. Outside air as cooling air is allowed to pass through the respective oil coolers (30 to 32) by cooling fans (35), and cooling air that has passed through each of the two oil coolers (30, 32) disposed so as to face each other is made to mutually collide, and is discharged to the outside through a side outlet (38) of a front wall (26a) and a first upper outlet (39) of a ceiling (26e) of the heat exchanger chamber (26). Cooling air that has passed through the other one oil cooler (31) is made to collide with a left side wall (26c), and is discharged to the outside through a second upper outlet (40) of the ceiling (26e).
V-TWIN ENGINE ASSEMBLY
One embodiment of the invention relates to an internal combustion engine including an engine block having a first cylinder and a second cylinder, a crankshaft configured to rotate about a crankshaft axis, a flywheel coupled to the crankshaft, a throttle body, an air filter assembly, a first electric fan coupled to a first duct, and a second electric fan coupled to a second duct. The first duct is configured to direct cooling air directly over the first cylinder. The second duct is configured to direct cooling air directly over the second cylinder. The first cylinder is at least partially within the first duct. The second cylinder is at least partially within the second duct.
A FAN ARRANGEMENT IN A VEHICLE
A fan arrangement for a cooling module in a vehicle. The vehicle (6) has a radiator fan (10) providing an air flow through a flow passage (5) and the cooling module in an intended flow direction. The cooling module includes a radiator (3) and at least one further cooler (1, 2) arranged in an upstream position of the radiator (3) with respect to the intended flow direction through the flow passage (5). The fan arrangement includes at least one additional electrically driven fan (4). The additional electrically driven fan (4) is arranged in the flow passage (5) in a position downstream of the radiator (3) and upstream of the radiator fan (10) with respect to the intended flow direction through the flow passage (5). The electrically driven fan (4) is configured to provide an air flow through a restricted portion (18) of the flow passage (5) and the cooling module during certain occasions when the operating conditions include the radiator fan not being in operation.
PLURAL-FANS DRIVING APPARATUS
A plural-fans driving apparatus is provided to drive a first fan and a second fan, and the first fan and the second fan are three-phase fans. The plural-fans driving apparatus includes a controller, a first three-phase motor driver structure, a second three-phase motor driver structure, and a protection and input interface circuit. The protection and input interface circuit is coupled to the first three-phase motor driver structure and the second three-phase motor driver structure, and protects the first three-phase motor driver structure and the second three-phase motor driver structure. The controller controls the first three-phase motor driver structure to drive the first fan, and controls the second three-phase motor driver structure to drive the second fan.
