A beer pong tabletop game is an apparatus that connects ping pong balls to a tabletop during a game while maintaining the freedom of movement for the ping pong balls, and consequently the players. The apparatus includes at least one anchoring disk, a first elastic string, a second elastic string, a first ping pong ball, second ping pong ball, and a pull tab. The at least one anchoring disk is secured with the tabletop. The first elastic string and the second elastic string attaches the first ping pong ball and the second ping pong ball with the at least one anchoring disk, respectively. The first ping pong ball and the second ping pong ball are shot into cups positioned across the tabletop. The pull tab facilitates an even length adjustment of the first elastic string and the second elastic string with the at least one anchoring disk.

The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
