An exercise machine employing one or more flexible tension bands includes a pair of exercise arms rotatably mounted on frame members and being configured to be engaged by opposed hands of an individual. Vertically spaced apart connectors are located, respectively, on the exercise arms and on frame members vertically above or below the rotatable mount of the exercise arms. At least one elongate flexible tension band configured to be connected at vertically spaced apart locations to vertically spaced connectors, whereby rotation of the exercise arms in one of the upward or downward directions stretches the one or more flexible tension bands to create a tension force opposing the upward or downward direction of rotation of the exercise arms.

The exercise arms can include rotatably connected inner and outer sections. In addition, the machine can include spaced-apart rotatable side arms; each preferably including telescopic sections including a connector adjacent an outer end thereof for supporting or retaining a flexible tension band engaged directly by an individual or connected to exercise arms of the machine.

An exercise device for attachment to an exercise machine or as an independent stand alone exercise device that includes an enclosure having an outer wall that defines an internal space therein, at least one cable aperture and an attachment mechanism for attaching to the exercise machine. A winding assembly is rotationally captured within the internal space and includes a winding spool configured for receiving at least one cable wound there around under resistance provided by a motor. The motor is used in conjunction with a controller circuit, a power source, and a user interface. To perform exercises with the exercise device, a person sets a desired cable unwind resistance with the user interface and then repeatedly pulls and retracts the at least one cable.

A pulley rack for an exercise machine includes a support frame, an upright extending generally vertically within the support frame, a counterweight having one or more counterweight pulleys, the counterweight moveable in a vertical direction relative to the support frame, one or more guide pulleys mounted to the support frame, a cable end assembly mounted to the upright, and a pull cable having a fixed attachment end connected to the cable end assembly and a pullable end freely passing through the cable end assembly. The pull cable is routed through the cable end assembly, the counterweight pulleys, and guide pulleys such that a force exerted on the pullable end raises the counterweight. A section of the pull cable extends from the pullable end through the cable end assembly and downwardly to one of the guide pulleys mounted below the cable end assembly.

The present invention relates to a multi-gym machine which enables a user to perform a plurality of different exercises for the whole body. More specifically the present invention relates specifically to a power tower machine in which the user utilizes a combination of the user body weight (calisthenics) in addition to variable elastic bands to provide additional assistance or resistance.

This advanced power tower hereby disclosed incorporates an arrangement of multiple handles, various pulleys, elastic cables and steel wire connected to a special waist belt to be put on by the user. The elastic cables depending on their anchor points either from the top or the bottom pulley, generates assistance or resistance to the user respectively for the specific workout. A set of sensors, processor and Bluetooth transmission unit is integrated on the power tower to process, transmit, process and manage several workouts performance indicators via a dedicated mobile application offering a virtual coaching capabilities.

Also with internet connection, the mobile application offers an IoT (Internet of Things) concept enable virtual competition with other users using the same machine and mobile application.

A climbing exerciser includes a base mount, and left and right racks respectively located at left and right sides of the base mount and reciprocatingly moveable up and down. The left rack has a lower left member and an upper left member swivelable relative to the lower left member between a first outer position and a first inner position. The right rack has a lower right member and an upper right member swivelable relative to the lower right member between a second outer position and a second inner position. By adjusting the postures of the upper left and right members relative to the lower left and right members respectively, the climbing exerciser can shift exercise mode from one to another. Further, the climbing exerciser can provide smooth and more natural movements to the user with low noise.
