Disclosed is a workout backpack that is capable of enabling a plurality of unique exercises for weight training, resistance training, and complete cardio conditioning. Suitably, the disclosed workout backpack includes built-in weight compartments, hookups for resistance bands, or rucking.
Method for Optimizing a Rocking Target
A device that is capable of being in three states: (1) a first stable state, (2) a second stable state, wherein said device teeters back and forth when hit by a force, and (3) and a third stable state, wherein said device will topple completely over when hit too hard by a force. The device comprises a target piece and a base. The base is configured to lay flat on a surface and contains a curved section, a ledge, and a ledge perimeter. The target piece may contain a top piece attached on the opposite side which the base is attached, which may contain a hollow cavity, a shot glass holder cavity, or take the shape of a target for use in target practice. The device may be used in many different applications including in recreation games, drinking games, target practice, and fighting practice.
EXERCISE BAG
An exercise bag is configured to carry a belt, such as a weightlifting belt, along with other personal items. The belt may be carried by a retainer element on an external portion of the exercise bag. The exercise bag may have any number of compartments, pouches, and/or other retainers or holders. The belt, when carried on the exercise bag may be accessible without having to open or otherwise access any other compartment or pouch of the exercise bag. Additionally, the compartments and/or pouches of the exercise bag may be accessible without having to remove or loosen the belt held by the retainer on the exercise bag. The exercise bag may further have a shoe compartment that is directly accessible from the outside of the exercise bag, with a liner that keeps shoes separate from other items in the exercise bag.
Yoga bag
A yoga bag is disclosed. An example embodiment includes a yoga bag comprising: a fabric-covered rigid housing having a top panel and a bottom panel connected by two front panels and two rear panels, the combination of the top and bottom panels with the front and rear panels forming a generally rectangular housing with a hollow interior region; a yoga mat holder element attached to the top panel, the yoga mat holder element including at least one attachable strap to retain a rolled-up yoga mat; an accessory receptacle configured as a pocket, a loop, a hole, or an attachment mechanism to retain any of a variety of yoga accessories; and a towel storage area configured as an open area or void in the hollow interior region and positioned in the middle of the housing between the two front panels and the two rear panels.
Barrier for divot repair bottle forming separate compartments
A barrier to be arranged in a divot repair bottle includes a funnel and a spout, and the mouth of the funnel is to be removably connected to and sealed against the inner surface of the divot repair bottle such that the spout extends through a cap of the divot repair bottle. The barrier is configured to form a first compartment and a second compartment within the divot repair bottle, and the first compartment and the second compartment do not communicate with each other within the divot repair bottle.
Cornerman's portable work station
A portable hand wrapping station for a fighter's trainer/cornerman that is able to transport all the necessary accessories and can quickly be set up on a folding chair's back top edge. It is a three panel rollup or foldup design that may be secured to form a central pocket that can be slid over a chair back, so that an inner pellet-filled securement means will rest and conform to the chair back's top edge, therein securing the adjacent wrist pad. Its front and back panels may form a roll or may form a valise.

A media holder for an exercise machine in accordance with some examples herein may include a first portion, a second portion movable relative to the first portion; and a size adjustment mechanism movably connecting the second portion to the first portion to enable resizing of a media holding region independent of whether a media item is present in the media holding region. The size adjustment mechanism may include an arm pivotally coupled to the second portion and configured to selectively engage the first portion in a plurality of positions.
Golf putting game and associated scoring methods
A golf putting game includes at least one putting green defining a putting surface and a plurality of putting cups disposed within the putting surface at a different location on the putting green. Each putting cup has an exterior housing and an interior core disposed within and removably attached to the exterior housing. The interior core is removable from the exterior housing with the putting cup disposed within the putting surface of the putting green. The interior core of each putting cup may be illuminated by a visible light having a predetermined color and each putting cup may be assigned a predetermined number of base points corresponding to the predetermined color. A player score may be determined from a number of putting strokes made by a player to putt a putting ball into the putting cup and the predetermined number of base points assigned to the putting cup.

At least four shoulder strap attachment points are attached to the tire and configured to secure a right and left shoulder strap. At least two handles are attached to the tire and configured to accommodate human hands. At least two anchors are attached to the tire and configured to accommodate a rope system. A waist harness includes a waist belt. An anchor is attached to the waist belt. A rope system is attached to the tire and the waist harness. The rope system includes a first carabiner attached to a bungee cord, which can then be attached to the tire. A ring is attached to the bungee cord. A rope is attached to the ring. A second carabiner is attached to the rope, which can then be attached to the waist harness.
