A compressor is disclosed. In one aspect, the compressor includes a pressure chamber which is delimited by at least two housing parts, the housing parts including sealing surfaces that are connected by a connection device which applies a contact pressing force between the sealing surfaces. At least one groove extending in a circumferential direction is arranged on at least one sealing surface. At least one relief opening is arranged on at least one of the housing parts. The relief opening connects the groove to the surroundings of the compressor and emanates from the groove. The groove is arranged such that when a predetermined maximum pressure is exceeded in the pressure chamber, a pressure-building medium can gather in the groove and at least partially escape through the relief opening.
Device having heat sink
An electric compressor includes a motor, a scroll compression mechanism, a housing, a circuit unit, a circuit housing housing the circuit unit and integrated with the housing. The electric compressor includes a heat sink provided on a circuit unit side of a partition wall so as to project to be brought into contact with a semiconductor element of a power substrate, facing the partition wall that erects along a vertical direction to separate the inside of the housing from the circuit housing. The heat sink has a lower surface and an upper surface formed into a cylindrical shape so that width of an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the heat sink gradually decreases to reach a tip portion.

Variable displacement swash plate type compressor
A variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes a rotary shaft, a swash plate, and an actuator. The actuator includes a partition body, a movable body, and a coupling member located radially outward of the rotary shaft of the swash plate. The movable body has a guide surface for changing the inclination angle of the swash plate and a sliding portion that slides on the rotary shaft or the partition body. When viewed in a direction that is perpendicular to a direction in which the rotational axis of the rotary shaft extends and perpendicular to a first direction, the guide surface has a curved shape that is configured such that a normal of the guide surface and the rotational axis of the rotary shaft intersect in a zone surrounded by the sliding portion in the entire range of change in the inclination angle.
Swash plate type variable displacement compressor
A swash plate type variable displacement compressor includes, a housing, a swash plate disposed in the housing and having therethrough an insertion hole, a rotary shaft inserted through the insertion hole of the swash plate, a plurality of pistons engaged with the swash plate, and a connecting member disposed between the rotary shaft and the swash plate and connecting the rotary shaft and the swash plate so as to change inclination angle of the swash plate relative to the rotary shaft. A pair of projections are provided in the insertion hole so as to extend toward the rotary shaft and restrict the movement of the swash plate relative to the rotary shaft. The paired projections are spaced away from each other so as not to be in contact with the rotary shaft simultaneously.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE SWASH PLATE COMPRESSOR
A variable displacement type swash plate compressor includes a housing having therein a swash plate chamber and a plurality of cylinder bores, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a link mechanism, and a plurality of the pistons. The compressor further includes a partition member, a movable member, and a control pressure chamber, and a control mechanism. First and second seal members are disposed between the partition member and the movable member and between the drive shaft and the movable member, respectively, and are elastically deformed to provide sealing between the control pressure chamber and the swash plate chamber. At least one of a clearance formed between the partition member and the movable member and a clearance formed between the drive shaft and the movable member when the swash plate is at its minimum inclination angle is greater than when the swash plate at a maximum inclination angle position.
Variable displacement swash-plate compressor
A variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes a rotary shaft, a swash plate, and an actuator, which changes the inclination angle of the swash plate. The actuator includes a partition body and a movable body, which moves in a direction along the rotational axis of the rotary shaft. The movable body includes a guide surface, which changes the inclination angle of the swash plate, and a sliding portion, which slides on the rotary shaft or on the partition body. When viewed from a direction that is perpendicular to the direction in which the rotational axis of the rotary shaft extends and perpendicular to a first direction, the guide surface is configured such that a perpendicular line or a normal line to the guide surface intersects with the rotational axis of the rotary shaft in a zone surrounded by the sliding portion.
Swash plate of a swash plate type compressor and the swash plate type compressor
A swash plate fulfils the basic properties required for a swash plate, which are stable boundary lubricating state by lubricating oil, without forming a metal spray coating layer comprising a copper type or aluminum type material on the surface of a substrate 3a forming the swash plate 3 of the swash plate type compressor as an intermediate layer. The substrate 3a of the swash plate 3 comprises a disk-shaped steel sheet formed by pressing a rolled steel sheet into a disk shape, and both surfaces of the disk-shaped steel sheet are ground. Thus, resin coating layers 10 containing fluororesin, which has superior seizure resistance, can be strongly fixed to the substrate without the need to form a metal spray coating layer on the surface of the substrate. This improves the durability of the swash plate type compressor using carbon dioxide gas as a refrigerant.
