Compressor

A compressor has suction reed valves each of which includes a fixation portion fixed to the valve base plate, a basal portion that extends from the fixation portion and is separable from the plate, and a valve flap extending from the basal portion toward the distal end to selectively open and close the suction port. Each suction port has a shape elongated in the width direction, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The width of the basal portion is greater than that of the suction port. Each valve flap includes an opening-closing portion facing the corresponding suction port and stoppers, which project from the ends in the width direction. The side edges in the width direction are continuous from the stoppers to the basal portion to gradually approach the suction port. The cylinder block has pairs of recessed retainers. The stoppers contact the retainers.

Cylinder Head Assembly For Reciprocating Compressor

A compressor may include a housing, a piston, and a cylinder head assembly. The housing defines a cylinder and a first valve seat defining a recess. The piston is movable within the cylinder to define a compression chamber. The cylinder head assembly is mounted on the housing and includes a valve plate, a suction valve, a discharge valve and a head cover. The valve plate may be mounted to the mounting surface and may include a suction plenum, a suction passage providing fluid communication between the suction plenum and the cylinder, and a discharge passage. The suction valve can seat on the first valve seat to allow fluid flow through the suction passage. The head cover may include a discharge chamber and an integrally formed guide post extending into the discharge chamber. The guide post may include a pocket that receives a discharge valve stem for reciprocation therein.

FLUID COMPRESSOR

A fluid compressor includes a closed container having an inlet, a compression mechanism including a compression chamber in which fluid flowing into the closed container through the inlet is compressed, a discharge port through which the fluid compressed in the compression chamber is allowed to flow, a discharge valve opening and closing the discharge port, and a valve retainer limiting an amount of lift of the discharge valve. The discharge valve includes a curved portion whose shape is defined by one or more curvatures. When the discharge port is closed by the discharge valve, the valve retainer and the discharge valve are spaced apart from each other.

MANUALLY OPERATED PUMP ASSEMBLY

The pump can include a cylinder that is removeably mounted to a molded valve box of unitary construction. The valve box can feature a valve plate covering a valve chamber and housing an inlet valve and an outlet valve. In some instances, the pump includes a molded piston of unitary construction to which a pair of opposing piston cups is mounted. In some cases, the pump includes a filler cap forming an inlet adapted to deliver a priming fluid 10 into the cylinder. In some cases, the pump includes a stopper cap adapted to prevent a pump shaft from being fully pulled out of the cylinder.

The present disclosure relates to a piston compressor, comprising a crankcase, at least two exhaust mufflers, a valve plate assembly, a cylinder head, a connecting pipe and an exhaust pipe. The cylinder head comprises a cylinder head high-pressure chamber, the crankcase comprises a crankcase exhaust passage, and the crankcase exhaust passage is connected to the cylinder head high-pressure chamber of the cylinder head through a one-way exhaust hole in the valve plate assembly. The crankcase and the valve plate assembly each comprise at least two exhaust holes respectively associated with the at least two exhaust mufflers, and the cylinder head high-pressure chamber of the cylinder head is connected to the at least two exhaust mufflers through the corresponding exhaust holes in the crankcase and the valve plate assembly. The connecting pipe connects the at least two exhaust mufflers, and the exhaust pipe is connected to any one of the at least two exhaust mufflers, thereby forming at least two gas discharge paths.
