Cleaning device

A cleaning device for a vehicle, with which at least one cleaning location is cleaned with pressurized cleaning liquid and/or pressurized ambient air, is proposed, including: a pump-compressor stage for sucking up and conveying the cleaning liquid and/or the ambient air, a fluid path which fluidically connects the pump-compressor stage upstream to a cleaning liquid tank and to an environment of the cleaning device, and a fluid distribution apparatus downstream of the pump-compressor stage, which is fed with the cleaning liquid and/or the ambient air by the pump-compressor stage, the fluid distribution apparatus being fluidically connected to the cleaning location. A vehicle with such a cleaning device, the first and the second use, and a cleaning method for a vehicle are also proposed.

A chamber pump (10) and a method for operating same are provided. The chamber pump (10) includes a pump chamber (12), a chamber diaphragm (14) or a piston (34) as well as an axially movable driving rod (24) acting on the chamber diaphragm (14) or on the piston (34) for changing the volume of the pump chamber (12). The chamber pump (10) includes an electroactive diaphragm (40, 40), which acts as an actuator for influencing an axial position of the driving rod (24) and acts on the driving rod (24), on the one hand, and on a housing of the pump (10), on the other hand. An electric potential is applied to the electroactive diaphragm (40, 40) during the operation of the chamber pump (10) to influence an axial position of the driving rod (24) and to achieve a return stroke or a forward stroke of the chamber pump (10).

One-way valve and apparatus and method of using the valve

A flexible pouch and valve assembly is provided for aseptically storing a substance, dispensing multiple portions of the stored substance therefrom, and maintaining substance remaining in the pouch in an aseptic condition sealed with respect to ambient atmosphere. The flexible pouch and valve assembly are receivable within a relatively rigid housing, and are adapted to cooperate with a pump for pumping discrete portions of substance from the pouch and through the one-way valve to dispense the substance therefrom. The assembly comprises a flexible pouch defining therein a variable-volume storage chamber sealed with respect to the ambient atmosphere for aseptically storing therein multiple portions of the substance. A one-way valve of the assembly includes a valve body defining an axially-extending valve seat and at least one flow aperture extending through the valve body and/or the valve seat.

Fluid control apparatus

A fluid control apparatus includes a first major plate, a piezoelectric device, a second major plate, a peripheral plate, a first film, and a second film. The first film is provided on a side of the first major plate that faces a pump chamber. The first film is provided on a first major surface in such a manner as to have a movable portion one end of which serves as a movable end. The second film is provided on a side of the second major plate that faces the pump chamber. The second film is provided on a third major surface in such a manner as to have a movable portion one end of which serves as a movable end. The first film and the second film are positioned between a first opening provided in the first major plate and a second opening provided in the second major plate.

A hollow body defines at least one plenum mounted internal to the cylinder cap, maintaining a gap with the latter. The hollow body is seated against the valve plate, preventing the direct contact thereof with the inner volume of the hollow body, the latter being provided with an inlet nozzle communicating the plenum with the discharge orifice of the valve plate, and with an outlet nozzle communicating the plenum with a gas outlet of the cylinder cap.

The invention relates to a free-jet dosing system for dosing a free fluid jet to be dispensed. The free-jet dosing system includes, inter alia, a pump including an inlet and an outlet and configured to deliver fluid to be dispensed to the outlet. The free-jet dosing system further includes a dosage monitoring device arranged on the outlet side of the pump, the dosage monitoring device having an opening through which at least some of the fluid to be dispensed may pass, and the dosage monitoring device having a flow rate meter configured to determine the flow rate of the fluid which passes through the opening of the dosage monitoring device. In the inventive free-jet dosing system, the opening of the dosage monitoring device is configured as an outlet nozzle for ejecting the free fluid jet.

A drip tight pump includes a top cover with an inlet port and an outlet port, a sealing mat, a value plate with an inlet hole and an outlet hole, a water inlet one-way value, a cup, a cylinder, a swing frame, a steel needle, a steel ball, an eccentric wheel, a bottom cover and a motor who are successively set. The drip tight pump also includes a first leak-proof member and/or a second leak-proof member between the top cover and the sealing mat. The drip tight pump can seal the outlet hole and the inlet port, so that to prevent the drip tight pump from dripping.

Compressor

A compressor has suction reed valves each of which includes a fixation portion fixed to the valve base plate, a basal portion that extends from the fixation portion and is separable from the plate, and a valve flap extending from the basal portion toward the distal end to selectively open and close the suction port. Each suction port has a shape elongated in the width direction, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The width of the basal portion is greater than that of the suction port. Each valve flap includes an opening-closing portion facing the corresponding suction port and stoppers, which project from the ends in the width direction. The side edges in the width direction are continuous from the stoppers to the basal portion to gradually approach the suction port. The cylinder block has pairs of recessed retainers. The stoppers contact the retainers.

Electric-powered pump

A movable body that has a cylinder and a valve apparatus is accommodated inside an accommodating chamber of a pump body so as to cover a discharging orifice. A piston sucks a fluid into the movable body, and discharges the fluid from inside the movable body to the discharging orifice by being slid reciprocally through a piston sliding aperture of the cylinder. A relieving passage that communicates between a suction volume space of the accommodating chamber and the discharging orifice is formed between an inner surface of the accommodating chamber and the movable body by the movable body moving away from the discharging orifice in opposition to a force from a forcing body.
