Valve seats for use in fracturing pumps
A valve seat at least partially formed of a ceramic material for use in a fracturing pump includes a first body and a second body. The first body is configured to be inserted into a fluid passageway of the fracturing pump. The first body has an outer diameter, D1. The second body extends radially from the first body and has an outer diameter, D2, greater than the outer diameter, D1, of the first body. The second body is at least partially formed of the ceramic material.

In order to prevent the leakage of a gas from an internal space communicating with a compression chamber inside a cylinder in a cylinder head of a compressor, the compressor includes a suction valve pressing portion that presses a suction valve so that the suction valve provided in the internal space of the cylinder head does not slip off through a suction-side head opening, the suction valve pressing portion includes a suction valve pressing and inserting portion that is inserted into the cylinder head through the suction-side head opening, the outer peripheral surface of the suction valve pressing and inserting portion is provided with an annular suction valve pressing groove portion, a suction-side O-ring is attached into the suction valve pressing groove portion, and a suction-side backup ring that suppresses the movement of the suction-side O-ring toward the suction-side head opening is disposed at a position near the suction-side head opening of the suction-side O-ring inside the suction valve pressing groove portion.
SANITARY CHECK VALVE
A sanitary check valve having an open hook hinge coupling the valve disc to the valve body. The open hook hinge comprises a pair of open hook receivers coupled to the valve body, each open hook receiver adapted to receive a respective free end of a pin which is coupled to the valve disc. The open hook hinge prevents separation of valve disc from valve body during operations while permitting thorough cleaning and sanitation of sanitary check valve.
Dual use valve member for a valve assembly
A valve member for a valve assembly includes a body. The valve member also includes a first sealing assembly, coupled to the body at a first end, the first sealing assembly forming at least a portion of a first end strike face. The valve member further includes a second sealing assembly, coupled to the body at a second end opposite the first end, the second sealing assembly forming at least a portion of a second end strike face. The valve member also includes a guide leg assembly coupled to the body at the first end.

A valve unit for regulating the flow of working fluid between a working chamber of a fluid working machine and both a first working fluid line and second working fluid line, the valve unit comprising: a first valve comprising a first valve member and one or more cooperating first valve seats, a second valve comprising a second valve member and one or more cooperating second valve seats, an actuator coupled to both the first and second valve members through which a force may be applied to urge the first valve member open or closed and to urge the second valve member open or closed, a coupling between the actuator and the first valve member, wherein the coupling between the actuator and the first valve member comprises a connector which extends at least partially through the second valve member.
EXTERNAL FUEL PUMP AND VALVE SEAT FOR THE FUEL PUMP
An external fuel pump and a valve seat for the fuel pump are provided. The valve seat includes a valve body. One side of the valve seat body is provided with an installation chamber for installing a valve body, and the other side of the valve seat body is an oil separator. The oil separator is connected to an outer wall of the installation chamber. The external fuel pump includes the valve seat and a fuel chamber constituted by a housing and a cover. The valve seat body is located in the fuel chamber, the oil separator of the valve seat body is located at a lower portion of an exhaust port provided on the cover. An anti-flip mechanism is provided between the exhaust port and the oil separator. The valve seat is multi-functional and convenient to install with less space and fewer components, which reduces costs.
FLAP VALVE FOR DIAPHRAGM PUMP
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a flap valve in a diaphragm pump. The flap valve includes a body and a self-centering hinge portion. A front portion of the body includes a front surface having a raised portion and a recessed portion. The front surface is configured to form a seal with a surface of the pump when the body is in a closed position, the surface of the pump being at an inlet or an outlet of a pumping chamber. The body is configured to allow a downstream flow of a fluid when the flap valve is in an open position. The self-centering hinge portion is operably connected to the body. The self-centering hinge portion has a dynamically changing longitudinal axis. The body is configured to simultaneously translate and rotate about the dynamically changing longitudinal axis to form the seal.
SPHERICAL PUMP VALVE MADE OF SPECIFIC MATERIALS
A spherical pump valve. The valve includes a valve cage, a spring, a valve member, a valve seat, and a locking ring. The valve cage has a groove holding the spring and threads. The valve member has a stem and a trench holding the spring. The valve seat has a seating surface, threads that match the valve cage threads and upon threaded engagement secure the valve seat to the valve cage, and a channel. The locking ring is installed in the channel and secures the valve cage to the valve seat. The components of the valve are made of specific materials and, in one embodiment, the valve achieves a volumetric efficiency of about 95% at 250 rpm. Also disclosed is a pump including the valve.
VALVE, FLUID CONTROL DEVICE, AND SPHYGMOMANOMETER
A sphygmomanometer device includes a piezoelectric pump, a valve, and a cuff. The valve includes a first valve housing, a diaphragm, and a second valve housing. The diaphragm is fixed to the second valve housing and first valve housing such that it is separated from a valve seat and the periphery of an opening portion in the diaphragm is in contact with a valve seat while providing a pressure thereto. Thus, the diaphragm defines a lower valve chamber communicating with a first vent hole, an upper valve chamber communicating with a second vent hole, a lower valve chamber communicating with a first vent hole, and an upper valve chamber communicating with the upper valve chamber, together with the second valve housing and first valve housing.
FLUID PUMP
A fluid pump has a housing, a chamber having an inlet and an outlet, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, and a plunger. The plunger has a plunger tube extending into the chamber and supported for movement, on a suction stroke, to introduce a fluid into the chamber via the inlet, and, on a discharge stroke, to displace the fluid from the chamber via the outlet. An electromagnetic driving unit moves the plunger in two opposite directions. A magnetic core is located adjacent the plunger for establishing a magnetic path across the electromagnetic driving unit and the plunger. The core is located in the path of movement of the plunger on the suction stroke, and is protected or covered by a material against contact with the fluid in the housing.
