DISPLACEMENT PUMP MOUNTING AND RETENTION
A pump rod has a head extending from a neck, and the head is received within a drive slot of a drive link. The head includes a projection, and has an area smaller than an area of the head. The projection contacts an inner surface of the drive slot. The drive link may include a projection aligned with a centerline of the drive link. The drive link projection contacts a head of the pump rod. The projections provide a reduced contact area between the pump rod and the drive link, thereby reducing any side-loading on the pump rod and increasing a lifespan of the wear parts.
COMPRESSION APPARATUS AND FILLING STATION COMPRISING SUCH AN APPARATUS
The invention relates to a fluid compression apparatus comprising a housing having a compression chamber, an intake system communicating with the compression chamber which is configured to allow fluid to be compressed into said compression chamber, and a mobile piston for ensuring the compression of the fluid in the compression chamber. The apparatus further comprises a discharge port which is configured to allow the exit of compressed fluid from the compression chamber, the compression chamber being defined by a portion of the body of the piston and a fixed wall of the apparatus, the piston being translationally mobile along a longitudinal direction. The invention is characterized in that the piston has a tubular portion mounted around a fixed central guide, a first terminal end of the central guide forming the fixed wall delimiting a part of the compression chamber. The apparatus also comprises a sealing system formed between the central guide and the piston according to the longitudinal direction of translation of the piston, the intake system being located at a first end of the apparatus, the discharge port being located at a second end of the apparatus.
FRONT ACCESS PACKING ARRANGEMENT AND A PACKING ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL METHOD
A packing arrangement and a method are disclosed, in which a packing assembly of a reciprocating plunger pump is accessible, removable and adjustable from the front end of the fluid-end. As the inside and outside diameter of the packing rings define the area on which the pressure is exerted and results in the total force on the packing arrangement, a packing arrangement with a smaller outside diameter can be advantageous as the forces are reduced and a longer packing life can be expected.
Support for reciprocating pump
A gearbox is coupled to a power end housing of a reciprocating pump, where the gearbox includes at least one support member having a first end securely affixed to the gearbox, and the at least one support member having a second end securely affixed to an immobile part of the reciprocating pump for supporting the gearbox and resisting movement of the gearbox relative to the reciprocating pump.
PRESSURE-PUMP CARTRIDGE AND PRESSURE PUMP
Provided are a pressure-pump cartridge and a pressure pump, where the pressure-pump cartridge includes a cylinder, where the cylinder has a first chamber, a piston chamber and a second chamber hat are in communication in sequence, and the piston chamber is used for being in sealing fit with a piston. An end of the first chamber remote from the piston chamber is provided with a first opening allowing entry of the piston, and during installation, the piston enters the first chamber by the first opening and enters the piston chamber after passing through the first chamber, and meanwhile, the first chamber is configured to be in a clearance fit with the piston, such that the size of the first chamber is larger than that of the piston.
PUMPING ASSEMBLY, PISTON PUMP AND WATER FLOSSER
The present disclosure relates to a pumping assembly, a piston pump and a water flosser. The pumping assembly includes: a cylinder, at least two chambers with different inner diameters being provided in the cylinder; a piston mechanism successively extending through the at least two chambers, the piston mechanism being in slidable cooperation with walls of the chambers, and a gap being formed between a sidewall of part of the piston mechanism and the walls of the chambers; and a drive mechanism connected to the piston mechanism, the drive mechanism being configured to drive the piston mechanism to move.
FLUID-END OF A HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
A pump including a housing defining a plurality of inlet bores. A first interior wall is arranged to at least partially define a first of the plurality of inlet bores. The first interior wall has a contour in a cross section taken normal to the plunger axes. The first interior wall is at least partially defined by the revolution of the contour about a first inlet axis that is normal to and intersects a first of the plurality of plunger axes. The contour includes a cylindrical portion arranged parallel to the first inlet axis, a planar portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the first inlet axis and spaced a first distance from the plunger axis, and a convex bulge portion extending from the cylindrical portion and spaced a second distance from the plunger axis. The contour further includes a V-shaped groove portion extending from the convex bulge portion.
Fluid routing plug
A fluid routing plug for use with a fluid end section. The fluid end section being one of a plurality of fluid end sections making up a fluid end side of a high pressure pump. The fluid routing plug is installed within a horizontal bore formed in a fluid end section and is configured to route fluid throughout the fluid end section.
Head Fastening Arrangement of Cooling Compressor
The present invention belongs to the technological field of the head fastening and its components to the block of a compressor, such as those used in cooling systems of household appliances. The head fastening arrangement of cooling compressor includes a head arranged by the cylinder of the cooling compressor and having a head lid; at least one supporting device also arranged by the cylinder; at least one element of union of the head lid to the supporting device, wherein the element of union is capable of transmitting force that presses the head lid and the supporting device against the cylinder.
PISTON SYSTEM AND HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZER USING THE PISTON SYSTEM
The invention relates to a piston system (1) for use in a homogenizer, comprising a piston (2) that is configured and arranged to make a reciprocating movement in use of the piston system, a cylinder (3) that is configured and arranged to receive and guide at least a first part of the piston, a first supply channel (8) that is configured and arranged to supply a lubricating medium (9) to a portion (10) of the first part of the piston that in use is arranged inside the cylinder, and a second supply channel (13) that is configured and arranged to, in use, supply a cooling medium (14) to a second part of the piston outside the cylinder. Also disclosed is a process for the production of an elastomer agglomerate composition forcing a slurry comprising elastomeric particles through an aperture to obtain the elastomer agglomerate composition using the piston system.
