DISC SYSTEM WITH DISC FOR TUNING SKI AND SNOWBOARD EDGES
A disc system including disc adapted to be held by the hand and moved lengthwise along an edge portion of a ski or snowboard in order to sharpen and/or bevel either a ski or a snowboard side edge or base edge is provided. The disc is held and may be rotated within at least one concentric ring to establish a number of selected angular orientations in a plane transverse to the lengthwise direction when positioned at the side or base edge portion of the ski or snowboard while in contact with the surface thereof.

DEVICE FOR PROCESSING THE RUNNING EDGES OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT
The invention relates to an apparatus for machining the running edges of a sporting device, more particularly a ski or a snowboard, comprising a transport apparatus, which can be temporarily connected to the sporting device, for the automated movement of the sporting device in a movement sequence having, at least in parts, a movement direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sporting device, wherein the following are located one behind the other in said movement sequence of the sporting device: a lower-edge machining unit for machining a lower surface of at least one running edge, said lower surface laterally adjoining the running-surface covering of the sporting device; a lateral-edge machining unit for machining a lateral surface of the at least one running edge, said lateral surface adjoining the bottom of the lateral surface of the sporting device; and a deburring unit for removing a burr formed by the lateral-edge machining unit on the at least one running edge.

APPARATUS FOR TUNING SKI AND SNOWBOARD EDGES
An apparatus for sharpening and/or beveling of either a ski or snowboard side edge or base edge is provided. It comprises a tool support bar, a wear plate, a shim and an indexing pad that are adapted to be handheld by a technician using the apparatus. Each bar includes two tool support surfaces and may be detached and reattached to the wear plate. The shim and indexing pad are also attachable to the apparatus at a plurality of locations that provide multiple angular orientations for a sharpening tool used with the apparatus.

SKI TUNING APPARATUS
A ski tuning apparatus that is operable to provide maintenance to the bottom of snow skis and other similar equipment wherein the invention deploys a grinding drum having an outer surface that is electroplated with a diamond/zirconium material. The invention includes a base member having a plurality of walls and a bottom integrally formed to create an interior volume. An upper platform member is releasably secured to the upper edge of the base member and substantially covers the opening thereof. A motor is operably coupled to the base motor and provides operation of a drive wheel that is operably coupled to the grinding drum. A control panel provides operational control of the motor and control of the grinding drum. A spray member is mounted within the interior volume of the base member and is submerged in a liquid. A deflector member is present to inhibit spray from exiting interior volume.
