Scroll unloading detection system
Systems and methods for scroll unloading detection are provided and include a scroll compressor having a scroll compression mechanism. A controller determines a predicted discharge temperature of the scroll compressor, receives an actual discharge temperature of the scroll compressor, and compares the predicted discharge temperature with the actual discharge temperature. The controller also compares a speed of the scroll compressor with a speed threshold and detects unloading of the scroll compression mechanism based on the comparison of the predicted discharge temperature with the actual discharge temperature and based on the comparison of the speed of the scroll compressor with the speed threshold. The controller performs at least one of generating an alert and a remediating action in response to detecting the unloading of the scroll compression mechanism.
REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR
A refrigerant compressor including a compressor housing, a drive shaft for driving a compression mechanism, which is arranged within the compressor housing, a main bearing via which the drive shaft is supported on the compressor housing and which includes an inner ring fixed to the drive shaft and an outer ring pressed into the compressor housing, wherein protruding tooth-like protrusions which press into an adjacent wall of the compressor housing are arranged on an end face of the outer ring in the direction of the ring axis of the outer ring. This is sufficient to prevent rotation of the outer ring even when there is no longer a press fit in the radial direction between the outer ring of the bearing and the compressor housing.
Scroll compressor including a baseplate having a mounting base and a cylindrical rim secured by a double-welded T-joint
The scroll compressor (2) including a hermetic enclosure (3), a compression unit (11) configured to compress refrigerant, and an electric motor (16) configured to drive the compression unit (11) via a drive shaft (15), the hermetic enclosure (3) including a midshell (4), an upper cap (5) and a baseplate (6), the baseplate (6) including a mounting base (24) having a plate shape and including a central portion, and a cylindrical rim surrounding the central portion and extending upwardly, the cylindrical rim (28) being secured to the mounting base (24) by a double-welded T-joint (29), the double-welded T-joint (29) including an inner welding seam connecting an inner surface of the cylindrical rim (28) to the mounting base (24), and an outer welding seam connecting an outer surface of the cylindrical rim (28) to the mounting base (24).
Package type fluid machine
A package type fluid machine having a plurality of fluid machine units each of which includes a fluid machine, a motor that drives the fluid machine, and a belt that connects the fluid machine and the motor. The plurality of fluid machine units are arranged in a cabinet, wherein the plurality of fluid machine units has a pair of the fluid machine units, arranged opposed to each other, with the belts of the fluid machine units facing inward.
DISPLACEMENT MACHINE ACCORDING TO THE SPIRAL PRINCIPLE, METHOD FOR OPERATING A DISPLACEMENT MACHINE, VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AND VEHICLE
The invention relates to a displacement machine according to the spiral principle, in particular a scroll compressor or scroll expander, with a high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber and an orbiting displacement spiral, which engages in a counter-spiral such that chambers are formed between the displacement spiral and the counter-spiral for receiving a working medium, wherein a counter-pressure chamber is formed between the low-pressure chamber and the displacement spiral. According to the invention a pressure regulating device which is fluidically connected to the counter-pressure chamber sets a pressure difference between the counter-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber by means of a set value specified by the computing unit.
SCROLL PUMP TIP SEALING
A scroll pump tip seal to be fitted to a tip face of a scroll wall of a first scroll of a scroll pump to seal between said tip face and a base plate of a second scroll of the scroll pump. The tip seal is made of metal and has at least one internally disposed void. The metal tip seal may be made of a foamed metal defining a plurality of internally disposed voids.
SINGLE-STAGE COMPRESSOR AND ENERGY SYSTEM USING THE SAME
A single-stage compressor including one compressing unit, includes: a housing having a compressing chamber formed therein and including a suction port, which is located in one side of the compressing chamber and into which a working fluid enters, and an injection port, which is located on the compressing chamber to be spaced apart from the suction port by a predetermined distance and into which an intermediate-pressure working fluid is injected; and an intermediate-pressure valve installed on an intermediate-pressure fluid flow path on which the intermediate-pressure working fluid moves and configured to control supply of the intermediate-pressure working fluid so that the intermediate-pressure working fluid is supplied to the injection port in response to an intermediate pressure of the compressing chamber. In the injection-type compressor having a single chamber, a working fluid is injected at an intermediate pressure (not in the proximity of a suction pressure) so that efficiency and capability of the injection-type compressor having a single chamber can be improved. The injection-type compressor having a single chamber has a simple structure and is easily manufactured so that a pressure of an injection port and a corresponding intermediate pressure can be selectively set in various ways.
SCROLL PUMP TIP SEALING
A scroll pump tip seal to seal a single stage of a scroll pump that includes a first scroll and a second scroll. The tip seal is formed of a plurality of seal segments fitted contiguously end to end to a tip face the scroll wall of the scroll to form a continuous seal between the tip face and a base plate of the second scroll.
Electrically-driven compressor for vehicle
When the magnitude of a motor current Iu is smaller than a threshold value at a timing when a polarity of the motor current Iu is expected to be reversed after the elapse of one control cycle, a control device sets a correction amount of a width of a pulse generated by PWM control at a correction amount +. When the magnitude of the motor current is greater than the threshold value at the timing, the control device sets the correction amount of the width of the pulse generated by the PWM control at zero or a value smaller than the correction amount +. As a result, an error of a dead time period in inverter control can be reduced.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
An electric compressor may include: a housing part having a refrigerant inlet through which refrigerant is introduced; a boss part formed in the housing part, having a bearing installed therein to support a rotating shaft, and guiding the refrigerant to the bearing; a guide part formed in the housing part, and inducing the refrigerant introduced into the refrigerant inlet toward the boss part, while delaying the movement of the refrigerant; and a heating part mounted in the housing part, and configured to provide heat to the guide part in order to heat the refrigerant moved to the boss part.
