Scroll machine with injection and refrigeration system

A scroll machine with an injection for a medium has a machine housing with a longitudinal axis. A first scroll unit with scroll channel is formed by a scroll rib. A second scroll unit has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A scroll channel formed by a second scroll rib is provided on the first side, and a high-pressure chamber is arranged on the second side of the second scroll unit and connected with the scroll channel via a passage. These are arranged in the machine housing along the longitudinal axis. The first scroll unit and the second scroll unit engage with each other to form pressure chambers. The first scroll unit can be moved relative to the second scroll unit along an orbital path. An intermediate base is provided along the longitudinal axis between the second scroll unit and the high-pressure chamber.

FLUID MACHINE FOR VEHICLE

A fluid machine for a vehicle includes a rotary shaft, an electric motor having a coil, a drive circuit, and a housing having therein a motor chamber and a circuit chamber. The housing includes a partitioning wall partitioning between the motor chamber and the circuit chamber and a peripheral wall extending from the partitioning wall. The partitioning wall and the peripheral wall form the circuit chamber. The drive circuit includes a circuit board having a surface and an electronic component mounted on the surface of the circuit board. A connecting terminal is disposed extending through the partitioning wall and electrically connecting the coil with the drive circuit. A mounting lug is formed extending from the peripheral wall so as to mount the housing to the vehicle. The electronic component, the connecting terminals and the mounting lug are disposed in this order in the radial direction of the rotary shaft.

Compressor and Bearing Assembly

A compressor is provided and may include a shell, a hub, an insert, and at least one collar. The hub may be disposed within the shell and define an axis of rotation. The hub may include an axially extending aperture. The insert may be disposed within the aperture. The at least one collar may be disposed about the hub.

A pressurizable tank is disposed on the vehicle to contain a natural gas. A natural gas adsorbent is disposed in the tank. A fuel supply tube is to convey the natural gas to the ICE. A scroll compressor is on the vehicle to receive the natural gas from the tank and to deliver a first mixture of compressed natural gas and an oil to a gas and oil separator. The gas and oil separator is to receive the first mixture of the compressed natural gas and the oil from the scroll compressor and to separate the oil from the compressed natural gas and to deliver the compressed natural gas to the fuel supply tube substantially free from the oil.

The present disclosure provides a pulsation dampening assembly for a compressor having an outlet port configured for supplying compressed refrigerant from a compression mechanism of the compressor. The pulsation dampening assembly includes a pulsating disc and a spring. The pulsating disc and the spring are disposed within the outlet port. The pulsating disc includes a plurality of apertures in fluid communication with the compression mechanism. The spring includes a first end engaging the pulsating disc and a second end engaging the outlet port. The pulsating disc is translatably disposed within the outlet port between an operative state and an inoperative state.

The outlet is disposed adjacent to and in fluid communication with a suction inlet of the non-orbiting scroll. At least a portion of the mounting flange is captured between the upper and lower scroll pieces.
