The slide valve comprises a slide valve body, wherein the slide valve body has a connecting end and a free end, the connecting end is configured to connect to a slide valve connecting rod of the twin-screw compressor, and the slide valve is driven to slide by the slide valve connecting rod. A cavity is formed in the free end of the slide valve body, and the slide valve has a passage configured to fluidly couple the cavity with an external fluid to reduce air flow pulsations on a suction side of the twin-screw compressor and thereby reduce overall air flow pulsations in the twin-screw compressor.
Scroll compression device having a sealing device, and scroll compressor including such a scroll compression device
The scroll compression device includes a first scroll element (11) having a first base plate (13) and a first spiral wrap (14); a second scroll element (12) having a second base plate (15) and a second spiral wrap (16), one of the first and second scroll elements (11, 12) being configured to perform an orbiting movement in relation to the other one of the first and second scroll elements, the first and second scroll elements (11, 12) intermeshing with each other and delimiting compression chambers (17); and a sealing device (28) arranged in an end face (19) of the first spiral wrap (14) and having a sealing surface configured to cooperate with the second base plate (15). The sealing device (28) is configured to allow fluid flow from an upstream compression chamber to a downstream compression chamber through the sealing surface when the pressure in the upstream compression chamber exceeds the pressure in the downstream compression chamber, and the sealing device (28) is configured to prevent fluid flow from a downstream compression chamber to an upstream compression chamber through the sealing surface when the pressure in the downstream compression chamber exceeds the pressure in the upstream compression chamber.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
In a rotary compressor, a lower end plate includes a lower discharge valve that opens and closes a lower discharge hole, a lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion in which the lower discharge valve is accommodated, and a lower discharge-chamber recessed portion that is formed so as to overlap with the lower discharge hole side of the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion and communicates with a refrigerant passage hole. A lower end plate cover is formed in a flat-plate shape and is provided with a bulging portion having a portion facing the lower discharge hole. An upper end-plate cover chamber is formed by the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion, the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and the bulging portion. The bulging portion has a volume of 1/18 or greater and 1/9 or less of a total of air volumes of an upper compression chamber and a lower compression chamber.

An aspect of the present disclosure includes a multi-stage compressor having a low pressure compressor stage and a high pressure compressor stage operable for compressing a working fluid. An integrated device including a heat exchanger directly connected to a combination unit is operable for reducing pressure pulsations, cooling and separating moisture in a first compressed flow stream and a second compressed flow stream discharged from the low pressure stage and the high pressure stage respectively. A first pressure pulsation dampener, a first moisture separator, a second pressure pulsation dampener and a second moisture separator are integrally formed within the combination unit.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A lower end plate includes: bolt holes through which bolts penetrate; a lower discharge valve; a lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion into which the lower discharge valve is accommodated; and a lower discharge-chamber recessed portion. A lower end plate cover is provided with a bulging portion. A lower end-plate cover chamber is formed by the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion, the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and the bulging portion. Refrigerant passage holes include main refrigerant passage holes provided on the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and sub-refrigerant passage holes provided between the bolt hole and the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion away from the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion. The bulging portion is, in a cross section orthogonal to a rotating shaft, formed so as to overlap with at least a part of each of the main refrigerant passage holes and the sub-refrigerant passage holes.
